Just More Words:  Obama Campaign Manager Jim Messina’s Messy Record On Transparency
In a new web video and conference call with reporters, the Republican National Committee blasted President Obama, who pledged to make his administration the most transparent in history. “The Obama White House is actively deceiving the American people and they are doing it over a Caribou latte,” RNC chairman Reince Priebus told reporters, referring to the coffee shop where many of the undisclosed meetings with lobbyists occurred.
The Republican National Committee is marking President Obama's 51st birthday with a series of cards to wish him the best on his special day. It has been a rough year for this president with his polls numbers sinking, seven months of terrible jobs reports, and worries about his reelection mounting, so a few cards from his friends should help cheer him up.Check out the birthday cards at www.BaracksBirthdayCards.com "I wish President Obama a Happy Birthday and hope he has a wonderful 51st," said RNC Chairman Reince Priebus. "President Obama has had a rough year worrying about his reelection, having to spend all his time jetting around the country raising money with the likes of Anna Wintour and George Clooney and not meeting with his jobs council. So even though he didn't build this website, we thought he'd enjoy the birthday wishes."

'Make the S.O.B. Deny It' Late gonzo journalist Hunter S. Thompson wrote that when Lyndon Johnson once needed to slow down a foe's momentum, LBJ ordered an aide to spread the rumor that the opponent was "enjoying carnal knowledge of his own barnyard sows." Now Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has joined the list of those trying that tactic on the subject of Romney's tax returns. If rumors that Romney has something to hide aren't true, asks the Nevada Democrat, then why won't Romney make them public?
