Gov Jan Brewer Today Announced The Appointment Of Arizona Court Of Appeals Judge Ann Scott Timmer to the Arizona Supreme Court. Judge Timmer, 52, is the fourth woman since statehood to be appointed to the Arizona Supreme Court. She was among three finalists nominated for Governor Brewer’s consideration by the Commission on Appellate Court Appointments.
A Coalition Of Community Leaders Will Be Holding A News Conference on the dangers of Prop 121 at 11 am., Oct. 15 on the west steps of Phoenix City Hall, 125 W. Governor Jan Brewer Today Signed A Declaration Of Emergency in support of Greenlee County’s efforts to recover from recent storm damage.  From Sept. 6-12, a series of heavy rainstorms struck southern Greenlee County – damaging critical infrastructure and eroding large sections of the main road serving the Town of Duncan.
