Circulating the e-mail circuit  - How the Hostess Company is Being Divided Up: You may have heard that Hostess Bakery plants shut down due to a workers' strike. But you may not have heard how It was split up. The State Department hired all the Twinkies, the Secret Service hired all the HoHos, the generals are sleeping with the Cupcakes and the voters sent all the Ding Dongs to Congress. – author unknown

·        Send A Message To Speaker Boehner To Stop The Fiscal Conservative Purge!

·        Message From Rolda Hammond’s Daughter: As many of you know, mom is battling pancreatic cancer. For those who weren't aware, we got the diagnosis back in October, and her many activities have become severely curtailed because of this. We are currently mid-way through the planned chemotherapy, and we are hopeful that there may be some improvement come mid-January. In the meantime, we are beginning to learn just how expensive cancer can be to fight, and so, on mom's behalf, I am hoping you will all help. I have created a fundraising page, located here:  If you can donate, that is wonderful, but if you can't, please share this page with your network of friends and family. The farther we can spread the word, the better chance we have of covering some of these costs that we are confronted with.  Thank you all, please feel free to contact me at this email address if you have any questions! - Leslie Billings
