"Sir, You Must Come With Us"   Patriot on No Fly List

The Phoenix City Council Is Seeking Public Comment at 5 pm, Oct 17 at city hall, 200 W. Jefferson, over a proposal by Councilman Nowakowski  for Phoenix ID cards for individuals not in Arizona or Phoenix legally Citizen comments will take place immediately after adjournment of the formal weekly meeting but not earlier than 5pm.

Commentary By AZ National Committeeman Bruce Ash: We're in the middle of what could be an historic battle for the White House and The US Senate in the November elections. In Arizona we also have some very important propositions we will consider which require closer scrutiny and consideration.
The first is Prop 204 which levies a PERMANENT 1% sales tax on everything from a bag of candy to autos and is supposed to put more money into the classroom but fails to do so. Prop 204 makes us the second highest tax state in America with some municipalities sales tax jumping over 10%.This is the largest single  permanent tax increase in our 100 year history .  Worse yet Prop 204 will NOT get enough $$ into classrooms or to teachers who deserve it . Prop 204 breaks a promise the state made to implement a TEMPORARY sales tax on taxpayers . Rather than designating money for educational reforms  over $200MM will go to pork projects to pay back the contractors and union bosses who have funded 204. Vote NO on 204 because you actually DO care for our children.
The second is Prop 121which is un constitutional and just as bad an idea as the "NOT SO" Independent Redistricting Commission and "UN" Clean elections funding. Prop 121 will take away voter choice and will be an invitation to outside special interests to play games in our important elections. 121 will thwart 3rd parties and dis enfranchise minority voters. Prop 121 eliminates Arizona's OPEN primary elections and will not eliminate polarization but actually create more partisan problems. 121 is a truly awful idea. VOTE NO ON PROPOSITIONS 121 AND 204 .

But he did not say “terrorism”—and it took the administration days to concede that that it an “act of terrorism” that appears unrelated to initial reports of anger at a video that defamed the prophet Muhammad.
