She not only has a lot of the energy we so desperately need, we're also lucky to have her dedication and proven track record of winning."
ü  Chad Heywood will serve as the party's Executive Director. Chad has experience as a federal campaign field director and manager, grassroots leader and precinct committeeman, as well as an elected Republican legislative district chairman. Heywood recently worked on campaigns to successfully oppose Proposition 121 and 204, and has helped numerous Republicans win or retain seats in the Arizona House of Representatives. Graham said of Heywood, "Chad Heywood is a brilliant strategist and and knows how to deliver victory. His work ethic is exceptional and he truly has a great ability to bring people together for the good of our party. I am happy to have him helping me and using his numerous skills to ensure our conservative candidates achieve victory."

·        LD22 Resolution: The Republicans Of LD22 Emphatically Oppose The Expansion Of Medicaid In Arizona. The United States Supreme Court has ruled that the federal government does not have the authority to force states to expand the Medicaid system as directed in Obamacare and increasing state spending in order to receive more federal money does not reflect Republican values or ideals. Furthermore, as Republicans we believe it is the ever increasing government encroachment into health care that stifles the innovation, efficiency and effectiveness of the private health care industry leading to most, if not all, of the problems associated with the industry.  The citizens of Arizona spoke very clearly with the passage of Proposition 106 in 2010, stating that we do not want Obamacare implemented in Arizona.  We ask the legislature to stand with the people of Arizona and reject this very expensive expansion to the Medicaid welfare system in Arizona. Resolution passed 2-18-13. -   Eric Morgan LD22 Chairman
