·        Obama-Release-Illegal-Immigrants Brewer: Release of Hundreds of Illegals Ahead of Cuts 'Height of Absurdity'

·        LD13 Chairman  Robert Branch will address the Deer Valley Party Tea Party on Medicaid Expansion at 6:30 pm, March 1 at the Deer Valley Airport.  Branch presented Gov. Jan Brewer’s plan to the LD13 Republicans (as requested by the Gov when she presented it to LD Chairmen). Branch will be presenting his own take on the plan (which is different than the Gov’s) at the Tea Party meeting. Branch was named one of two “Outstanding LD Chairman” at the AZGOP Chairman’s Award Banquet. Contact:
·        Robert Graham, Arizona Republican Party Chairman, is forming a committee of to plan for Arizona's next redistricting process in 2020. The deadline is Feb. 28, to apply for committee membership.  Call AZGOP Headquarters at 602-957-7770 to apply for the nine member committee - one from each Arizona congressional districts. Redistricting each decade after the US Census population counts are completed and is based on the requirements in the U.S. Constitution.  The borders of Arizona's 30 legislative and nine congressional districts were drawn in 2010 by the Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission, but few Republicans are happy with the results.

·        Congressman Paul Gosar Kingman Office Grand Opening will be held from 3:30-4:15 pm, March 1 at 310 N. 4th St., Kingman. ·        Gov Jan Brewer: “I’m Appalled To Learn The U.S. Department Of Homeland Security has begun to release hundreds of illegal aliens from custody, the first of potentially thousands to soon be freed under the guise of federal budget cuts.”
·        Sheriff Paul Babeu:  ICE agents were paid overtime Saturday and Sunday to release over 500 detainees in Pinal County alone.  These criminal illegals were scheduled for deportation, yet now they receive a pardon and once again become the problem of local law enforcement and a burden to the state of Arizona.  The President predicts a doomsday scenario and his plans are already being implemented. Babeu concluded, “President Obama would never release 500 criminal illegals to the streets of his home town, yet he has no problem with releasing them in Arizona.  The safety of the public is threatened and the rule of law discarded as a political tactic in this Sequester Battle.” 
·        President Obama At The National Governors Association mtg, concluded his remarks by saying, “And with that, what I want to do is clear out the press so we can take some questions.”   This just a few days after he said, “This is the most transparent administration in history, and I can document that is the case.”
• Tom Jenney - Arizona Director  Americans For Prosperity reports that Feb 21, four Republican state senators joined Dems in SB 1182, a Paycheck Protection union reform bill (description below), from passing in the Arizona Senate. • AZ AFP Director Tom Jenney Is Asking That Voters Contact The Two Gatekeepers In The House Rules Committee, House Speaker Andy Tobin (R-Yavapai County) and House Rules Chairman Bob Robson (R-Ahwatukee/Chandler), and encourage them to allow ALL of the union reform bills to get out of the Rules Committee so they can go to House floor to voted on. • Arizona Republican Party Chairman Robert Graham has named the team he assembled to help him execute his plans for Republican victories in Arizona in 2014.
