Gosar said, “For far too long, we have sent money to countries in hopes that they will promote freedom, democracy and our common interests. Too often, the aid dollars that our government takes from hardworking Americans and sends abroad achieves none of those goals. The sad truth is that American taxpayers have been used to prop up regimes that do not respect freedom of religion, free speech, democracy or respect the rights of other countries to peacefully exist. It is time Congress drove a harder bargain.”  See complete op-ed HERE.

·        Message from Congressman David Schweikert: This week, we have watched the Obama administration sink to a new low. Whether it is the IRS targeting conservatives or the Benghazi cover-up, it’s clear that the Obama administration will stop at nothing to consolidate its iron grip on power. It is also clear that President Obama is afraid. He is afraid that if the public finds out the truth about Benghazi, the America people will take out their anger at the voting booth. He is afraid that if conservative, freedom-loving groups have a chance to get their message out, the American people will listen. And that is exactly what we need to. We need to get our message out, and we need to fight back.

·        Congressman Ron Gosar: “Obamacare is terminally sick and we need to call the time of death. This week, I proudly voted to repeal what I believe is an unconstitutional law. Obamacare puts unelected bureaucrats between patients and doctors.  Obamacare represents the single largest tax increase in history on an already over-taxed American public. Obamacare costs jobs when we currently face a jobs crisis and it replaces choice with government control.  Worst of all, Obamacare hurts the very people it was intended to help. Hardworking Americans need the right kind of healthcare reform that lowers costs, expands coverage, and improves quality of care.”  See Gosar vote to repeal Obamacare HERE
