·       There Is Lots Of Political Chatter About AZGOP Chairman Robert Graham referring to Fred DuVal, the Dem gubernatorial candidate, as “The Most Uninteresting Man In The World.”  Fred-Duval sent a case of Dos Equis beer to Graham and Executive Director Chad Heyward with a tongue-in-cheek thank-you photo of himself in full bearded resembling Dos Equis’ famous spokesman, reading “Stay Desperate My Friends” from “The Most Electable Man in Arizona.”  DuVal’s photo has gotten international coverage. Another Graham memo pointed out the removal of meeting minutes from the Dem web site  - which backfired when the AZ Republic Outsider pointed out that the AZGOP meeting minutes aren’t posted on the GOP web site either. Graham managed to bring DuVal to the forefront with tons of free publicity – overshadowing GOP gubernatorial candidates – which isn’t setting well with some of the grassroots folks.

As Chairman of the Subcommittee on the Western Hemisphere, I am a fervent supporter of U.S.-Mexico security cooperation, and want to continue partnering with the Mexican government to combat the scourge of drug-trafficking and associated violence. The release of this drug kingpin whom U.S. authorities believe continued to run money laundering operations from behind prison bars, raises very serious questions about the foundation of the Mexican justice system, even as Mexico implements judicial reforms.  I urge the Department of Justice to vigorously pursue an extradition claim against Caro Quintero so he may face charges in the United States.”
