o   Who's really in charge in the U.S (Mexican citizens or the American people)? We are being invaded by the people from Mexico and nobody seems to care.
o   Why do you hate the American people and fail to defend our constitution which you swore an oath to follow and defend?
o   What do you plan to do to get fire loss benefits for YARNELL residents, as was done in other disasters?

·       The City Of Phoenix Is Reported To Have Sent A Referral To Both The County Attorney and the Secretary of State's office asking for an independent review of organizations engaging in alleged coordinated political activity related to Phoenix District 6 Council Race. The complaint includes possible violations of the Hatch Act and direct violations of the City Charter, which expressly prohibits employees from engaging in political activity beyond voting and expressing their opinions privately. The complaint acknowledges that the City is currently investigating allegations related to individual employees and will take appropriate disciplinary action if violation of the City's political activity is found. "This election has exposed the issues I have been fighting at City Hall. The strong arm tactics used by the government unions have always been done behind closed doors, but now it is all in the public eye. These unions have conducted a coordinated character assassination on me and are using this campaign to send a message to other elected officials. I am pleased Phoenix is requesting an independent review by outside agencies," said Councilman Sal DiCiccio.

·       Congressman Trent Franks (AZ-08) Today Released the following statement regarding Israel's decision to release over 100 prisoners -- a move that was reportedly strongly encouraged by both the Obama Administration and Palestinians, who insisted upon the release as a necessary precursor to resuming peace talks. According to Franks: "It is difficult to articulate just how shameful it is that the Leader of the Free World would encourage our ally, Israel, to follow a feckless policy of releasing convicted murders, rapists, and terrorists in hopes of cajoling Palestinians to simply come back to the table to participate in peace talks. No President in our history has been as successful in alienating and isolating our friends, while simultaneously emboldening our enemies. The situation is telling. Even as Israel is broadly and unfairly criticized in the media for its decision to build new homes in Judea and Samaria, few have noted the absurdity of the fact that Palestinians have made participation in peace talks contingent upon the release of convicted murderers. It is simply no wonder that measurable progress in these peace talks is so rare -- only one side is serious about peaceful cooperation, while the other is bent on using its leverage to extort outrageous, condemnable demands."
