Early ballots may be dropped off with election officials at any polling place in their county of residence.

·       A Complaint Filed against Maricopa County Supervisor Clint Hickman regarding his campaign egg signs was voluntarily dismissed Aug. 22 by the plaintiff, Tonopah resident Timothy Avilla. Avilla objected to Hickman’s campaign signs featuring a white egg – reflective of the family business, Hickman Family Farms.  “I am pleased that Mr. Avilla has wisely decided to voluntarily dismiss his lawsuit against me and my family business. It is the right decision,” Hickman said. “As I have said from the beginning, these allegations had already been reviewed and quickly dismissed by election officials. My legal team was prepared to fight and was confident that the suit would have been thrown out.”

·       LD13 Chairman Robert Branch To His LD13 Pcs: We have worked hard over the past 7 months and tomorrow, I know that you will rally around your candidates. I trust that you will help those that need help voting, observing at polling locations, and putting up (and taking down) signs for your candidates at the voting locations. Tomorrow is one of the busiest days for both the PC and the candidates and I hope to see you as I make my rounds at polling locations. Good luck to all, and happy voting.

·      McCain Rips Claim He Posed For Photo With ISIS Fighters "'It's foolishness,' but the false charge 'just bangs around the Internet,' McCain said. Asked by The Republic for documentation or a source for its claim that the McCain photo included ISIS militants, VoteVets could not provide any evidence ... Make you voice heard! Vote!  Gabby Saucedo Mercer is working her tail off to beat Rual Grijalva (who is consistently recognized as the most liberal Congressman in the U.S.) but her grassroots campaign needs your help to win.  There has been ZERO help from either the National or Arizona Republican Party --  all the attention is going to CD 1 and to CD 2.  Help fertilize the grassroots!  Send Gabby $14 for 2014 or even just $3 for CD 3.  Click this link to reach her site and together we will send Rual into early retirement! ·       Incumbent Attorney General Candidate Tom Horne and Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio conducted a town hall meeting on Border Security Thursday in Oro Valley. Watch clip of the discussion on border security and the role of Arizona's government in defending and protecting its borders and sovereignty.  Not one to skirt the issues, Tom Horne and Sheriff Arpaio laid out not only the problems of illegal immigration but their efforts to enforce the law and secure out border often times with the Obama administration attempting to thwart their efforts. Tom Horne has made protecting Arizona the top priority of his time as Attorney General. And he has the record to prove it. As Sheriff Arpaio noted, it is Tom's record of success that has made Tom the target of the liberal media and open border establishment crowd.  When you do your job right, you are going to take heat from those who would suffer from your success. But backing down in the face of opposition is not the role of Attorney General and is definitely not what Tom has done.  Whether it is standing up to the Obama administration and their non-enforcement immigration polices to working to shut down the drug cartels, Attorney General Tom Horne will continue to protect Arizona when we re-elect him as Arizona Attorney General. Attorney General Tom Horne has led the fight to protect Arizona and secure our borders.  Watch the clip Click Here

·       CD1 Candidate Andy Tobin: Tomorrow, voters in Arizona’s 1st Congressional District will have a chance to choose who the best candidate is to defeat Ann Kirkpatrick in November and represent our Arizona values in Washington DC. You’ve seen the TV commercials, heard the radio ads and saw the mountains of mail in your mailboxes from candidates vying for this office, along with many others. Now, I’m asking you for your vote. I’m a husband, a father, and a small business owner who deals with the same issues rural Arizonans face every day—an unsecured border, a growing national debt and a national economy that is struggling, forcing our children to look elsewhere for a good paying job. We deserve better than Barack Obama and Ann Kirkpatrick—which I why I need your vote on Tuesday. I am the only candidate with a proven, conservative track record of fighting illegal immigration, reducing the size of state government and putting money back into the pockets of taxpayers through the largest tax cuts in state history. Together, we can turn the tide in Washington and that starts with your vote on Tuesday. Thank you for your support, Andy Tobin Andy Tobin for Congress

·       Gubernatorial Candidate Frank Riggs: I'm the clear conservative choice.  I'm the only candidate with military and law enforcement experience, as a military police supervisor, Army veteran, police officer and deputy sheriff.  I'll make public safety and securing the border a top priority. As a former school board president, education nonprofit CEO, and national leader of the school choice and charter school movements, I'll protect local and parental control in K-12 education by repealing Common Core. As a U.S. Congressman, I helped expose corruption at the House Bank and Post Office, balance the federal budget, reform welfare, and kept my term limits commitment.  My voting record earned the highest ratings of both National Right to Life and the NRA.  I will bring the principles of fiscal responsibility, constitutionally limited government,  free markets, secure borders and personal responsibility to the governor's office, and I will stand for state sovereignty against the ever-expanding federal government.  Together, we can put our state back on sound financial footing, make every school an "A" school, ensure that a higher education at our world-class universities is affordable again, and build an opportunity society that gives every Arizonan the chance to live a life of purpose and realize their God-given potential.  Arizonans deserve a proven, conservative leader with a record to back his promises, the courage to make the right decisions, and the leadership ability and integrity we want in our next governor.  I will be accountable and accessible to the people I serve, my constituents and will always put Arizona’s needs first!  I'd be honored to earn your trust, support and vote!

·       Gubernatorial Candidate Scott Smith: When my family and I first decided to jump into this campaign, I couldn't have dreamed of all the support we would receive from every part of Arizona. Your energy, enthusiasm and kind words have kept me going over the past 8 months and we couldn't have gotten to the primary's finish line without you. Our positive vision for Arizona appeals to voters across our state and I'm confident we'll enjoy a victory on Tuesday night.
I want to invite YOU to spend Election Night with our campaign team and supporters, celebrating our great journey to victory. My family and I are looking forward to seeing all of you there, so let's get the vote out on Tuesday and win! Election Night Celebration Tuesday, August 26, 2014 - 7 PM, Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa (Kiva Reception Hall), 1011 W. Holmes Ave., Mesa, AZ 85210

·       Tempe City Councilman Matt Papke: I also wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you to all of you who have volunteered, donated or helped to spread the word about Matt. We couldn't have made it this far without you and we hope that you will join us for our election night party this Tuesday, 7PM, at the Yucca Tap Room (29 W Southern Ave, Tempe). We have raffle prizes lined up and even some live music later in the evening. Check out Yucca's website for more information about the bands they have scheduled: Yucca Tap Room Calendar This campaign has always been about you taking back your city.
If you have not voted for me yet, please do so. As election day nears, the Establishment is freaking out. Never before have their
campaign finance reports
been published with such clarity and transparency.  Never before have the back room dealings been so factually exposed. Never before in Tempe has anyone said we need to end corporate welfare! They are running scared and scrambling to counter the truth. But as you know the truth cannot be countered. Once it is learned it cannot be unlearned. It has been a long time coming and I owe you a big thank you for helping us at every turn and every step along the way.

·       Gubernatorial Candidate Doug Ducey: There are a lot of great reasons to support conservative Doug Ducey for governor of Arizona. Over the past seven days, we've posted the top reasons to vote for Doug -- one post each day leading up to the election. To review: 1) Broad Coalition  2) Lower Taxes   3) Ice Cream   4) Family Man    5)Government Reform   6) Jobs    7) Winning in November. Also, if you have a yard sign in your yard, don't forget to bring it to your polling location on Tuesday morning. Signs need to be placed 75 feet away from the entrance of the polling location. Thanks for your support! If you have some spare time, please help us reach undecided voters by volunteering at a phone bank today or tomorrow. Call us at 602-842-2014 or reply to this email to sign up for a volunteer shift!

·       Gubernatorial Candidate Kent Bennett: With less than 24 hours until the polls open, our campaign is making a last minute push and we not only need your vote, we need your help! If you are going to the polls to vote, please take a family member, friend, neighbor or coworker with you. If you have not returned your early ballot, do NOT mail it in.  Instead, drop it off at the most convenient polling location.  To find your nearest polling place, click here. Unfortunately, this election cycle we have seen more of the politics as usual; tired rhetoric and mudslinging from candidates supported by outside groups. This will continue to happen unless we change it! Tomorrow, you will have a clear choice to make between those that represent the current status quo or someone that refuses to engage in the politics as usual. Please join me and together we can make sure the next Governor of our state is one that has integrity and the experience necessary to lead on day one! I will continue to fight for all Arizonans.

·       Incumbent Attorney General Tom Horne: If you want to know what a person will do in public office, look no further than their record of accomplishment. I’ve reallocated resources to a bigger role in crime fighting. Our office has been a large part of eradicating 10 drug cartels, making Arizona safer for families.  We’ve fought tirelessly against underage sex trafficking. Our efforts have led to legislation imposing stiffer penalties for those who seek to traffic these young girls. We’ve also made fighting identify theft a center piece of our crime fighting operations. My office brought in two billion in the landmark mortgage settlement case, and we’ve been using that money to help struggling homeowners stay in their homes. We’ve conducted sting operations to protect consumers from rip-off artists. We’ve aggressively taken on senior abuse and have established a task force to help protect some of our most vulnerable citizens. Since taking office in 2011, I’ve made it a point to fight the Obama administration on issues of federal overreach.  I’ve fought Obamacare, taken on the EPA, winning the war against the Obama administration on right to a secret ballot, and I’ve battled the federal government on preserving showing ID at the polls and protecting Arizonans from voter fraud. We’ve accomplished much over the last four years. With your trust and support, I’ll continue to do the job of protecting Arizona. Whether it be drug cartels or the federal government, identity thieves or those who prey on our most vulnerable, I’ll pursue them to the ends of the earth to make Arizona a better place to live, work, and raise a family. Election Day is Tuesday. I hope I can count on your support. Together we can make Arizona better and safer.

·      Gubernatorial Candidate Ken Bennett: Fact Check Finding True – 4 stars: THE COMMENT: "As Senate President, Ken put more new money ($640 million) into K-12 education than ever before in state history."  WHAT WE'RE LOOKING AT: Republican gubernatorial candidate Ken Bennett said that while serving as Senate president, he put more new money into K-12 education than had ever been previously allocated. Specifically, he said he put $640 million in new money into K-12 education. To evaluate Bennett's claim, AZ Fact Check looked back at state budgets during the time he led the Senate. As Senate president, Bennett played a key role in the 2004 through 2007 fiscal-year budgets. In fact, an Arizona Republic story about the fiscal 2007 budget debate notes that Bennett worked "hard to make the best deal possible and, in the end, was even lobbying reluctant House members to get on board" with the state budget. An independent analysis by the Joint Legislative Budget Committee shows gains of about $500 million in fiscal 2006 and $469 million in funding boosts in fiscal 2007. BOTTOM LINE: The Bennett campaign mailer is accurate. During the time he was Senate president, he played a key role in helping to approve the largest increases in K-12 education funding in Arizona. The Finding: Four stars; true.

·       Attorney General Candidate Mark Brnovich: Polls open in just 12 hours from now. All of your hard work, all of your support - it all comes down to this. I can't thank you enough for all of your well wishes and words of encouragement as we hit the home stretch. Together, we can look forward to new leadership in the Office of the Attorney General. If I am successful tomorrow night, my promise to you is that I will always represent the people of Arizona with integrity and respect the office with the same professionalism and dedication I demonstrated as a state and federal prosecutor. Many of you have asked how you can help in these final hours. Talk to your friends, talk to your family, speak to your coworkers, and get them out to vote for me tomorrow if they haven't already done so. Please use your social media networks to promote my videos and make sure voters know they have a choice at the polls and a chance to vote for a candidate they can be proud to vote for, Not A Candidate They Have To Vote For. If you have a yard sign, please install your sign in the ground at your polling location later tonight or early tomorrow morning. Polling :
Polls are open from 6 am to 7 pm tomorrow. If you have an early ballot in your possession you can drop off your sealed ballot at any polling location in the state.Elections have consequences. This election is far too important for us to not go the extra distance. We have fought the good fight. We have nearly finished the first leg of this race.  Let's finish strong.

·       CD1 candidate Andy Tobin: Make No Mistake...Tomorrow Is Just The Beginning. While the momentum, endorsements and majority of voters are with us...Your Vote Is Critical Tomorrow.  We have to win strong and win with a solid majority to send a loud and clear’s time to release Ann Kirkpatrick of her post and elect a Representative who will stand up for Arizonans. I have a history of taking on the Obama administration.  I stood up to their incompetent leadership, demanding they protect the Arizona border from an invasion of illegal immigrants and related violent crime. As your Representative in Congress, I will represent your voice, and lead the charge in fighting for you!  I will fight to create sustainable jobs and help small businesses succeed.  I will build a stronger middle class and put Arizona back on track and I will protect our borders and invest in defense. i will hold the obama administration and his executive branch accountable. Please vote tomorrow...and join our fight! Your Friend and Fellow Arizonan.
