·       MCRC Chairman A. J.  LaFaro: The Sept 25, 2014 Arizona Capitol Times article, GOP-Leader-Says-AZ-Sen-John-McCain-Trying-To-Ethnically-Cleanse-The-Party, is a result of the campaign finance complaints I filed with the Arizona Secretary of State's Elections Office, the Citizens Clean Elections Commission and Maricopa  County Elections against Arizona Grassroots Action (AGA).  It's also the result of Hank Stephenson's prowess as an investigative reporter. The article speaks for itself and my metaphor comment to the reporter about "ethnic cleansing" was referring to John McCain, Jane Lynch and the other left of center Republicans continued attempts to eliminate or purge the  Arizona Republican Party of its mainstream members who support the Republican Party Platform and the Constitutions of the United States and Arizona. - A. J. LaFaro
Chairman, Maricopa County Republican Committee (MCRC).

·       National GOP Committeeman Bruce Ash:  The Arizona Chamber of Commerce recently endorsed nearly all of our Republican candidates for state wide office but they forgot one - Diane Douglas --who is the Republican nominee for Arizona State Superintendent of Public Instruction. Diane came out against Common Core before it was popular to do so. Her opposition to Common Core comes from years of study and a strong history of serving and leading on the Peoria Unified School District Governing Board. As a mother and a leader, Diane understands the potential of each of our children. Like many of us, she embraces higher standards as long as they are promoted by the parents, local schools and their respective districts. I share Diane's passion working for our children's future. Her devotion to our children and the next generation is critical to all Arizonans. Diane Douglas defeated a sitting GOP incumbent in the primary because her message resonates with voters. Now she faces the hand-picked choice of the Democratic Party in the general election. If Diane's opponent is elected it would be like "the fox guarding the hen house" and our state would almost be assured of falling in line with the flawed Common Core policy. Diane has a clear vision and is the best choice for Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction. Her vision will lead to the best outcome for our children and their lifelong success. Diane took a strong stand against Common Core and was even criticized for her position by former Republicans. Diane's courage and the outcome of her primary election has illustrated that she stands for issues which define us. I trust Diane Douglas will make a superb public official and urge you to vote for her and ask that you let all of your friends know you support her also.  - Bruce Ash, Member--RNC

·       Message From MCRC Chairman A.J. LaFaro: Republicans Indorsing Non-Republicans - I’ve been receiving phone calls, v-mails and e-mails complaining about people and groups of people who say they are Republicans but are endorsing Non-Republican candidates. Some examples are “GOP for Fred”, “Republicans for Barber”, “GOP For Felecia”, yard signs, blog postings, websites, campaign contributions.

It’s bad enough these people endorse RINOs for elected office, but then turn around and endorse Democrats, Independents and Libertarians over some of our Republican nominees.  I’m as outraged at these so-called Republicans as you are.  We are in the process of trying to identify any Republican PCs who are endorsing and supporting Non-Republicans, and will be removing their voting rights and censuring them in accordance to the 2014 MCRC Bylaws.  These individuals will not be eligible to vote in any LD, MCRC or AZGOP election nor run for any office.

o   Section 5 - Elections

o   B. Endorsements of Non-Republican Candidates

o   No member of the MCRC shall lend an endorsement to a non-Republican candidate in any election that has a

o   Republican candidate on the ballot. Should a MCRC member endorse a non-Republican, that MCRC member will lose his voting privileges, including proxies, for the rest of his term, provided:

o   The member was provided written notice mailed via certified US mail to the member's last known address,

o   The members was provided an opportunity to defend himself at the next EGC meeting but not less than 10 days after notification,

o   The EGC by majority vote removed the member's voting rights.

Please forward the names of any individuals who are Republican PCs but are endorsing Non-Republican candidates and the evidence to as soon as possible.

·       CD2 Candidate Martha McSally released a new ad "Enough" that denounces the "old politics" being used by her opponent and highlighting her positive agenda of putting Southern Arizona first. The ad refutes false attacks against her -- that the Arizona Republic Editorial Board called "vile" and a "nasty piece of work" -- while discussing her priorities of creating jobs, securing the border, and keeping our country and community safe. McSally's new ad comes after one of Ron Barber's political allies was forced this week to remove an attack ad that the Arizona Republic called "vile" and "exploits a family's tragedy to score cheap political points." McSally continues to build momentum on the campaign trail. She has earned the support of The National Association of Home Builders and The Association of Builders and Contractors and the endorsements of the National and Arizona Restaurant Associations and U.S. Chamber of Commerce. She also has outraised incumbent Ron Barber for five straight reporting periods, something nearly unheard of for a challenger.  Transcript:  (Narrator) Those attack ads against Martha McSally, the Arizona Republic calls them vile, a nasty piece of work, exploiting a tragedy for political points. Enough of the old politics. In Congress, Martha McSally will put Southern Arizona first. Martha will focus on job creation, secure our border, and fight to keep our country and community safe. Martha McSally, standing up for Southern Arizona. (Martha) I'm Martha McSally, and I approve this message.

·       CD9 Candidate Wendy Rogers: Did you get yesterday's email from my wife of 36 years, Wendy Rogers? It was my birthday yesterday, but Wendy had me going around with her all day. Yet that was fine with me, because I not only love my wife but want to do everything I can to support Wendy saving our country. We served 20 years active duty together in the Air Force. We have raised our kids and we love our grandkids. We do this for THEM. Please help us complete this mission together. We need Wendy in Congress. This is so vitally important, I just can't say it enough. Wendy's working tirelessly to beat her end-of-quarter fundraising goal before the September 30th deadline. She's getting very close to reaching our goal.Wendy is now just over $5,000 away from her online fundraising goal, and with your help, she’ll surpass her goal over the final five days of the fundraising quarter. Just five more days for us to rally support and stand with Wendy. Can we count on your support? A donation of $25, $50, $100, or more will help Wendy, and her campaign, take another very important step forward.Wendy is doing everything she can to win this election. Let’s give her the resources she needs to succeed! --   Hal Kunnen, Major, USAF (ret)

·       CD9 Candidate Wendy Rogers: On September 30th at 11:59pm, the final fundraising quarter of this election cycle will come to an end -- less than a week from now. The percentage of Americans who believe the United States is less safe is at its highest point since the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, according to a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll. Forty-seven percent say the country is less safe. It's Time To Elect A Military Veteran, A Leader, To Congress. I answer that call to serve my country again in Congress. Kyrsten Sinema has completely failed to lead. She doesn't know how to lead. She has never led. She has been clueless about what to do to fix the Phoenix VA Hospital and has offered no solutions to secure our border. She is empty headed and unable to provide anything more than on-paper eyewash. We are less than one week away from one of our last opportunities to fundraise to win this race. Please donate $500, $250, $100, or $50 to unseat a very dangerous congresswoman, Kyrsten Sinema. Thank you for your generous support.

·       CD1 Candidate Andy Tobin: I debated Ann Kirkpatrick for the first time last night. The contrast became crystal clear: I was fighting for you. She was fighting for Nancy Pelosi. This is why Pelosi is returning the favor and spending MORE THAN $3,000,000 to smear me and re-elect Ann Kirkpatrick for another term. I’ll be honest - we’re just 6 days away from our campaign’s most critical fundraising deadline of the year. If we’re going to fight back against the Pelosi Machine, I need your help. Can you chip in $100, $50, or even $25 before this critical deadline so we can fight back against Nancy Pelosi and Ann Kirkpatrick? Last night’s debate showed more than ever how important this election is for rural Arizona. We simply can’t afford another two years of the reckless liberal policies that Ann Kirkpatrick keeps trying to defend. Nancy Pelosi knows that Ann Kirkpatrick is a reliable vote for her liberal agenda. That’s why she and her liberal allies in Washington are going all in to bombard rural Arizona with their false attacks. If you can chip in whatever you can before our Critical Fundraising Deadline, we’ll send a strong message to Pelosi that we aren’t going down without a fight. We’ve got just 40 days left in this campaign, and I’m confident we’ll succeed - but only if I have you standing with me.

·       Scottsdale City Council Candidate Linda Milhaven: Transportation is a priority for the future of our community.  We must improve our bus and trolley service.  As our citizens age, our senior population looks for alternatives to driving to help them maintain their independence. Increasingly, young professionals are looking to get out of their cars and find green, sustainable options to get around town.  Our inadequate transportation connections are jeopardizing our long-term livability and economic sustainability. To address this issue, Council directed staff to complete a transportation study. This study will be ready next year and will be a starting point to begin a community conversation to find short and long term solutions. I am committed to creating better transportation connections for today and for our future
