·       Congratulations to Joe And Jinny Perron on receiving the Pope John Paul II Respect Life Award.

·       CD1 Candidate Andy Tobin: I want to take a moment to thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your support on this journey. I know we turned up short on Election Night. I know we’re disappointed. But everything we accomplished these past two years would not have been possible without you. Knowing you were standing behind me helped get me and my family through some tough moments in this campaign, both during the primary and during the Fall. Everything you did and said inspired me to fight harder and serve the people of Arizona better. Truthfully, Ann Kirkpatrick deserves a congratulations for her hard-fought victory. The strength of our democracy is shown in our ability to have a peaceful exchange of ideas on the campaign trail and to come together after the ballots are counted. That’s what I intend to do. I hope you will join me.Thank you again for your support. Your support for our campaign, even though we came up short, was truly the honor and privilege of a lifetime.

·       Scottsdale City Council Electee Linda Milhaven: I am honored and humbled to have earned your vote and four more years to serve you on the Scottsdale City Council. Many thanks to all of the supporters, volunteers, candidates and, most all, the voters. As I look back over the past year, I have made many new friends and enjoyed the vigorous discussion of the issues.  As I look forward, I promise to continue the dialogue and to build a positive and prosperous future for Scottsdale.  Together, we can get things done.  I look forward to the task. Thank you for allowing me to serve you!

·       Attorney General Elect Mark Brnovich: “This election was the culmination of more than a year’s worth of work that began with a simple idea: Arizona can do better. It is gratifying to see that so many voters feel the same. I am grateful to my family for their support and patience through this campaign. I also extend best wishes to Felecia Rotellini, who was a worthy opponent and gracious in personally calling to concede this evening. Most of all, I am thankful to Arizona voters for entrusting in me this humbling responsibility as Attorney General. I will not let you down. In the days ahead, I will assemble a transition team. Arizona faces real threats. It is my commitment that our Attorney General’s Office will be up to the task.”

·       AZGOP Chairman Robert Graham: While the last of the ballots are being counted and supporters of our Republican candidates are celebrating our victories statewide, one of the most important things we can do today is thank our fellow voters for turning out and supporting the GOP team that will bring prosperity to our state.  But as we await the final tallies and continue our optimism for our state and our citizens, let us also thank God that our nation continues to be governed only by those who are chosen by the people to lead. Our Republican candidates -- every one of them -- deserve to be congratulated in their efforts for choosing to represent our values in a very personal and difficult process. Those who were elected must always remember the sacred trust that our party and our state's voters have put in them as they begin their important work. Our theme this year was ‘Mobilize to Win’, because we recognized that with your help, we could have conservative victories across the board. Many of you did the heavy lifting to deliver this victory for us, and we are grateful!I want to personally thank each and every voter who cast their ballot for the sake of our future, and I owe a debt of gratitude to our many influential leaders, at every level, who enthusiastically encouraged voters to cast their votes for Republicans.

·       Sens John McCain And Lindsey Graham on reports that President Obama sent a secret letter to Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei urging him to join the fight against ISIS: "It is outrageous that, while the cries of moderate Syrian forces for greater U.S. assistance fall on deaf ears in the White House, President Obama is apparently urging Ayatollah Khamenei to join the fight against ISIS. This is the same Iranian regime that has been complicit in the rise of ISIS by pushing a violent sectarian agenda throughout the Middle East -- backing radical Shia militias and politicians in Iraq, doing everything in its power to aid the killing machine of Bashar al-Assad in Syria, arming Hamas terrorists with advanced rockets in Gaza, and orchestrating Hezbollah's dispatch of thousands of fighters from Lebanon into Syria. The Administration needs to understand that this Iranian regime cares more about trying to weaken America and push us out of the Middle East than cooperating with us. Until we recognize that reality, and formulate a regional strategy to counter the Iranian regime's malign influence, we will continue to harm U.S. national security interests, as well as our relationships with our closest regional allies and partners, in pursuit of the illusory goal of rapprochement with the current Iranian leadership. The consequences of this ill-conceived bargain would destroy the Syrians' last best chance to live in freedom from the brutal Assad regime.
