·       LD1 Will Have A Booth At The Anthem Days Fair on Sun., March 30 between 10 am - 4 pm that  GOP candidates can use as a home base to collect petition signatures and $5 Clean Elections donations. The fair is located at 41703 N Gavilan Peak Pkway.  Chairman.   Parking can be a problem and parking tickets are generously given.  It is recommended you park in a shopping area and walk over or be dropped off.  Contact Cathy Schwanke   623-640-2513.

·       LD 24 House Candidate Lei Lani S. Corte will have a space at the Windsor House Tour  Vendor area between 8:03 am and 4 pm, Sun, March 30.  Contact:  602-418-1917.


·       Go To 5-Minute-Stump-Speeches  to hear 29 five minute stump speeches given at the Sun City West Republican Club candidate forum by candidates.


·       Reservations Are Due For The April 2 Arizona Republican Lawyers Association luncheon with Michael Bidwill, president of the Arizona Cardinals. The group will meet at 11:45 am at the Phoenix Country Club. $20 for members. $35 non-members. Limited space. RSVP required. Contact:

·       Congressman Paul Gosar Is Back In Washington, DC but is still in therapy for his recent hip replacement surgery. Doctors just gave him the OK to fly again.

·       Congressman Paul Gosar spoke to the Midwest Alliance of Sovereign Tribes (MAST) on Tuesday addressing Native American health issues, Gosar’s jobs legislation - the Southeast Arizona Land Exchange and Conservation Act - and a bill he'll be introducing that will help improve the United States’ trust relationship with Native American tribes.

·       Last week Congressman Paul Gosar voted in favor of the Preventing Government Waste and Protecting Coal Mining Jobs in America Act. This legislation would save coal mining jobs and prevent government waste by putting an end to the Obama Administration's efforts to develop new coal regulations that would destroy jobs and waste taxpayer money on a faulty rule-making process. ·       The Pima County Republican Committee will have a booth in Thurber Hall at the Pima County Fair that opens at 1 pm, April 17.  They need volunteers to help obtain petitions signatures for candidates, distribute literature and promote the GOP. ·       School Choice Received A Big Win Last Week when the Arizona Supreme Court refused to hear a challenge to the State’s Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program. Because the Court of Appeals had already ruled in favor of the ESA program, this decision now puts school choice on even more solid ground.
