·       Congressman Paul Gosar: This past week, we picked up a major win in the fight to stop Obama's illegal amnesty. On Tuesday, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the February ruling by U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen who issued an injunction to stop President Obama’s unconstitutional November 2014 executive immigration orders from going into effect. This decision is a huge win for the rule of law and our Constitution. Article I gives Congress clear jurisdiction on immigration matters and the Obama Administration’s rogue executive actions have clearly infringed on that authority. The list of federal judges who have ruled Obama violated the law is growing, and the opinion of the Fifth Circuit confirms the president’s overreach. Needless to say, I am thrilled by the court's decision and will continue to do my part to rein in this unaccountable, out-of-control federal government that has chosen not to enforce our immigration laws.

·       Congressman Paul Gosar: “It was great to have the Goldwater family attend Friday's dedication ceremony for the Barry Goldwater Post Office in Prescott. This is where "Mr. Conservative" launched his presidential campaign almost 50 years ago and it is only fitting that we dedicate this post office in his honor. It’s important to note that the effort to have this post office named to honor Barry Goldwater was first initiated by the people of Prescott. Eventually, a petition was started to rename the post office and I was more than happy to introduce the necessary legislation to make the change possible which had the support of the entire Arizona delegation. Barry Goldwater’s influence on American history as well as the love of those who admired him cannot be understated. His commitment was first and foremost to the Constitution and to the people of Arizona whom he served.”

Colonel Rogers’ experienced leadership with electronic warfare and from multiple deployments makes him an excellent choice to lead this unit. I also thank Colonel Reynolds for his service and leadership as he commanded the 55th ECG, and wish both commanders all the best in their new assignments.” McSally has led a bipartisan effort to protect the EC-130H Compass Call aircraft stationed at DM.
