·       Maricopa County Board of Supervisor Clint Hickman: This May, as a result of my two year stint as Honorary Commander of the 69th Fighter Squadron, I had the privilege to ride in the backseat of an F-16 Falcon. The 69th Air Force Reserve Squadron is made up of the best of the best fighter pilots in the world. They are citizen soldiers that not only train our next generation of pilots, but they also hold jobs and own businesses in our community. I enjoyed this position of public service so much that it really did not matter to me if I ever received a ride in an F-16. However, what an experience, and what a capstone to a wonderful program.
