·       National Arizona Republican Assembly Director A J LaFaro will address ballot harvesting, voter fraud and closing the primary during the 9:15 am,  October 10 Northwest Chapter of AzRA at the Northwest Maricopa County Service Facility, 12975 W Bell Rd, Surprise, AZ.  Doors open at 8:45 am. ·       A Say NO To Tempe Union High School Override” Rally is scheduled at 2 pm., Tues., Oct 13 at the Tempe Union High School District office, 500 W Guadalupe, Tempe, 85283, (NW corner of Guadalupe and Kyrene). Concerns:

1.     Why does TUHSD need 28,000 devices “for the students” If the student population is 13,600?

2.     This is a permanent tax increase as overhead, staff, and increased bandwidth have not been budgeted for.

3.     There is No Parental Control over who your student will interact with on-line nor what content your child will download.

4.     This tax increase Will Not lead to more money for teachers but will lead to a decrease in teachers.



·       The Oct 6 Meeting Of The Surprise Tea Party Patriots will be the Jeff Lichter’s last time with the group. Lichter and his wife are moving to Gilbert, so members are ask to stop by to say goodbye and thank him for his service.  He has been active since the group’s formation.


·       Gary Morris, Chairman of the Gila County Republican Committee, reports changes in the Committee’s officers. First Vice Chairwoman Lolly Hathhorn resigned in August. At a September Precinct Committeemen meeting, Darlene Younker was elected to fill the First Vice Chair position. Darlene previously was the Committee’s Secretary. Madra Bernard was elected to fill the Secretary Postion.
