·       The National Day Of Remembrance Candlelight Vigil will be held at 5 pm., Sun., Nov 1 at Wesley Bolin Park (by the "Fallen Officers Memorial) in Phoenix .  A coalition of immigration control groups demand dignity and respect for America ’s most forgotten victims, those killed or maimed by illegal aliens.  While many open border advocates march for amnesty legislation, pro-enforcement groups will hold the yearly  “Stolen Lives Quilts” Memorial.  Sponsored by United for a Sovereign America, BAN Amnesty Now, Arizonan’s for Immigration Reform, The Tea Party Immigration Coalition, American Freedom Riders, Arizona Rebel Alliance, ACU, The Remembrance Project, Riders USA, and Remember 1986.  They will also be allocating a list of previous Arizona victims and demanding “no more killings.” Rusty Childress, Founder of The Remember 1986 Coalition said “We need the media to cover not only the sob stories of illegal aliens, but of the separation of families through deadly selective enforcement practices. Fair and balanced journalism requires that both sides of the issue be publicly exposed,” he said. Remembrance Project: created to honor and remember Americans who have been victimized by illegal aliens.  Stolen Lives Quilts: gives a voice to the thousands of Americans whose lives have been stolen and who no longer have a voice. Through the Stolen Lives Quilts  memorializes those lives stolen from families,  friends, communities, and our nation. The Quilt is a dignified visual for remembering and honoring these unnecessary victims. Contact:  Publicity Coordinator Barbra Heller,   602-505-8760  remember1986coalition@gmail.com

·       Dudley Brown, Chairman Of The National Association For Gun Rights, is urging Arizonans to call Sen John McCain at 202-224-2235 and urge him to OPPOSE any “deal” on guns.  In a plea today Brown writes: “Have Republican leaders in the U.S. Senate have lost their minds? I’m afraid they're pushing two very dangerous ideas that could have drastic consequences for your right to bear arms. Unfortunately, your U.S. Senator, John McCain, may once again be making things worse.

Brown points out McCain has consistently been one of the first Republicans to back almost any anti-gun “deal.”  Capitol Hill experts are warning McCain will be among the first to cave-in for a Republican-led gun ‘deal’ with the Democrats. McCain twice voted FOR Obama's failed gun control agenda in 2013.

Brown writes, “They're also warning McCain could be the linchpin for any dangerous change to Senate rules. We simply can't afford to take any chances. That's why I hope you'll take action right away. Please call McCain right now and urge him to OPPOSE any “deal” on guns. While you're at it please let your other Senator, Jeff Flake, know you want him to oppose any gun control “deal” or rule changes too. Flake can be reached at 602-840-1891.

·       Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Reince Priebus responding to President Obama’s veto of the bipartisan National Defense Authorization Act: “President Obama’s politically-motivated veto of bipartisan legislation to fund our troops is troubling on its own, but the fact he used the occasion for a photo-op will go down as one of the lowest moments of his failed presidency. Funding our national security priorities should be above partisan politics and our men and women in uniform should never be used as a bargaining chip. With the Russians and ISIS terrorists on the march, President Obama’s decision to hold funding for the military hostage is not only petty, it is undeniably reckless,” said  Priebus. “The fact President Obama would walk away from his responsibilities as commander-in-chief at such a dangerous time in an attempt to reverse unrelated budget caps he signed into law shows how out of place his priorities are. Hillary Clinton’s silence amid this irresponsible brinksmanship is telling and she should immediately call on President Obama to fund our military with no strings attached.”

·       Arizona Was Hammered during the financial crisis of the late 2000s. Median home prices in the state plummeted 53% over five years from $250,000 in 2006 to $117,000. The foreclosure rate was the second highest in the U.S. for three straight years as construction ground to a halt. Unemployment peaked at 11.2% at the end of 2009 and net migration into the state fell sharply. But Arizona has emerged from the wreckage to be one of the brighter spots in a slumbering U.S. economy thanks in part to renewed migration. Arizona’s projected job growth is 3.1% annually though 2019, best in the U.S., according to forecasts from Moody’s Analytics. See AZ leads the est states for future job growth

·       Today the U.S. House passed, with a bipartisan vote, H.R. 1937: the National Strategic and Critical Minerals Production Act of 2015. This legislation addresses delays in the permitting of American mining projects, which can currently take seven to ten years or longer. This bill requires the lead permitting agency to identify a project lead to coordinate with all involved, set and adhere to deadlines, establish clear goals, and track progress. It also allows state reviews to count towards federal National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements, and streamlines judicial review and litigation. In response, Western Caucus Chairman Cynthia Lummis (WY-at large), Vice Chairman Mark Amodei (NV-02), and Vice Chairman Paul Gosar issued the following statements in response: “Rare earths and other critical minerals have been the main economic driver and provider of jobs for countless communities throughout Arizona,” said Gosar. “However, these vital jobs are unnecessarily threatened by the length, complexity and uncertainty of the permitting process which blocks development and discourages investors from committing to U.S. mining. Today’s legislation is a commonsense solution that will streamline the permitting process and allow for better coordination amongst the relevant state and federal agencies so that we can get American miners back to work.”

·       Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus responding to President Obama’s veto of the bipartisan National Defense Authorization Act: “President Obama’s politically-motivated veto of bipartisan legislation to fund our troops is troubling on its own, but the fact he used the occasion for a photo-op will go down as one of the lowest moments of his failed presidency. The fact President Obama would walk away from his responsibilities as commander-in-chief at such a dangerous time in an attempt to reverse unrelated budget caps he signed into law shows how out of place his priorities are. Hillary Clinton’s silence amid this irresponsible brinksmanship is telling and she should immediately call on President Obama to fund our military with no strings attached.”

·       Congresswomen Martha McSally after President Obama vetoed the Fiscal Year 2016 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), the first veto of a defense authorization bill over a broad political agenda in the bill’s 53-year history. “After fighting so hard to make sure Iran’s terrorist militia would be well-armed and funded, President Obama is now turning his back on our own American men and women in uniform. As someone who commanded troops in combat, I know first-hand the importance of getting our service members the resources they need to complete the mission. This bill gives them what they need: equipment, weapons, pay, and important reforms to combat military sexual assault and expand military benefits. The President is vetoing these provisions, not over substance, but as an act of stubborn political grandstanding. What’s worse, by going out of his way to publicize his disgraceful actions with a photo-op at the White House, the President is adding insult to injury for every person who’s currently risking their lives to keep our country safe.”

·       Immigration and Customs Enforcement, reacting to congressional fears of a new crime wave from illegal immigrants, has revealed that some 1,800 released by "sanctuary cities" last year were charged with 7,500 new crimes, including rape and child sex abuse. What's more, most, or over 1,000 of the illegals facing criminal charges, are still free, according to an ICE report to Congress.  See full article sanctuary-city-crime-wave-in-43-states

·       Constitutes-Are-On-Phones-And-Mad-As-Hell-At-Conservative-Congressmen-Today  “…the angry mob already existed. They just were not organized till now. That’s why the condescending crowd in Washington continues to be in for rude awakenings. They have both misunderstood and underestimated just how pissed off people are who do not hang out at Johnny’s Half Shell telling each other how awesome they are. Constituents are burning up the phone lines today in conservative offices on Capitol Hill. They are mad at the conservatives on Capitol Hill not for standing up to Paul Ryan, but for a perception that they have cut a deal with Paul Ryan.
