·       Excerpts From The-Great-Silly-Nothingburger-Of-The-Malcontents:  “So, at the November 4, 2015 meeting of the Maricopa County Republican Committee (“MCRC”) Executive Guidance Committee (“EGC”) meeting, some members of the EGC brought a silly, out of order, motion to pass a silly resolution, which shall be deemed the “Great Silly Nothingburger Resolution of the Malcontents.”

These malcontents said in their proposed resolution, “Whereas in regard to the bylaws and the delineated duties, the objectives of the MCRC should be reflected in all actions of the Chairman in his representation of such in the ‘official capacity’ and within the countywide activities . . . .”  Agreed.  The same applies to the rest of the EGC members.  Let’s look at their duties.

ü  The LD Chairs and Members At Large?  They have no duties that would allow for the bringing of the Great Silly Nothingburger Resolution of the Malcontents.  But the LD Chairs are to “Cooperate with the MCRC Chairman.”  And all EGC members are to support the objectives of the Committee.

ü  The Bylaws say the Duties of the EGC members include “Act[ing] collectively as an advisory and guidance group to the MCRC Chairman” and “Assist[ing] the MCRC Chairman with the specific responsibilities designated for each member of the MCRC Chairman.”  And as to all of the above, besides the MCRC Chairman and the Treasurer, all of the rest of the members of the EGC “have, essentially, NO power to tell either the MCRC Chairman or the Treasurer what to do. ·       Dr. Kelli Ward, who is running in the Republican primary against John McCain for the U/S. Senate, has created and just released a comprehensive healthcare road map -- The Patient Power Plan, to totally repeal Obamacare.  She points out that “people who were happy with their healthcare, as well as doctors, have been forced to switch; premiums have gone up with no end in sight; doctors are leaving the profession; and according to the latest authoritative estimates, 30 million Americans remain uninsured.”

Dr. Ward’s detailed plan will replace Obamacare with real, free-market reforms  Some of the most important parts of her Patient Power Plan include:

ü  Obamacare would be FULLY repealed, in its entirety, including both the employer mandate and the individual mandate.

ü  Control over Medicaid would be returned to the states.

ü  Free market competition between insurers would control premium costs.

ü  The broken promises of Obamacare would be redeemed by ensuring universal health care for every American while saving trillions in taxes, spending, and regulatory costs.

Go Here For Complete Plan:  Dr. Ward asks “Where is John McCain’s plan? While the President’s failed agenda continues to weaken our healthcare system, erode our liberties, and cost us money, what has John McCain done to stop it?” Stay tuned.

·       John McCain's campaign statement from Communications Director Lorna Romero regarding Congresswoman Ann Kirkpatrick's longstanding support of Obamacare. This week, the Arizona insurance co-op was removed from the Federal Marketplace resulting in 59,000 Arizonans losing their current health insurance days before open enrollment begins. Congresswoman Kirkpatrick continues to stand by Obamacare, proclaiming it as her proudest vote:

"While Congresswoman Ann Kirkpatrick has spent her career staunchly defending Obamacare, she has been wrong every step of the way. Despite her previous assurances, Americans who liked their plans were not able to keep them and Arizonans continue to see their premiums skyrocket year after year. Congresswoman Kirkpatrick even contradicted her own support of maintaining existing health insurance policies by voting against the Keep Your Own Health Plan Act. Now, with news that the Obamacare-created co-op in Arizona has shuttered, tens of thousands of Arizona citizens will lose their current health insurance, causing significant harm to businesses and families across the state. It's past time for Congresswoman Kirkpatrick to recognize that Obamacare is an absolute failure and the people suffering the most are hardworking Arizonans.”
