·         Protective Intelligence and Assessment Specialist Lyle J. Rapacki, Ph.D.: We Are Not Ready To Except The Tenants Of Islam Daniel Greenfield daniel greenfield wrote this  truly reflective article, one professionals in law enforcement, threat assessment, and counterterrorism fields will study, and elected officials should. We are not ready.  We as a nation simply are still not ready to face the truly ugly tenants of Islam that clearly teaches and applauds the attacks seen in Paris and San Bernardino.  We are not ready to accept that jihadists have been traveling into America for a number of years now, through southern borders many elected officials love to proclaim secure and so very closely monitored.  The “official/unofficial” policy of the current national administration and its’ many departments and agencies is that Islamic Terrorism does not exist, much less here in America.  If you mean a defined army in dedicated assaults much like WWII or Korea, and partially in Vietnam, I would agree.  But covert operations, special small teams, even individuals dedicated to carry-out atrocities against the Great Satan (America) are far more difficult to defend against.  People imbedded in our neighborhoods that we see at the local park or grocery store, or work at the same factory, business complex or Walmart who, in reality, are terrorists hiding in plain site is what is here now, and still coming.
Adding to the complexity is that the Islamic State has been encouraging jihadist world-wide to act on their own, not to travel to Syria to practice jihad or receive training.  Islamic followers so already inclined can launch attacks where they live, and select their own targets.  ISIS will provide online and covert training, instructions on IEDs, and even financing.  An example is this latest attack where the couple amassed sophisticated equipment, weaponry, well over 5,000 rounds of ammo, and at least 15 pipe bombs with triggering capacity.  Add to this their tactical gear, belts capable of carrying extra implements, and Go cameras to record their successful Jihad, plus a detailed plan to carry-out their heinous actions.  Counterterrorism, threat assessment, and law enforcement on the front lines know all this; yet, elected officials in varied offices work terribly hard to use soft and denying language to dispel the reality that America is under a massive assault that will not be disappearing any time soon.  The threat is here in our communities, and it is quite real.”

·         Dick Hawkins, Lake Havasu City:   The Fed's new ESEA, Every Child Achieves Act, may not be that great a thing to celebrate.  The devil is in the details of this 1069 page bill.
Unfortunately, the new law retains the very invasive student longitudinal data system that violates the student's and his family's privacy;  grows expensive crony capitalism while retaining the same dumbed-down servile arts philosophy (college and career ready);  totally eliminates any aspect of civics education requirements and grows government schools into very expensive, full-service community centers. "So what, exactly,  is a community school?    According to the legislation, it is a government-run elementary or secondary school that “participates in a community-based effort to coordinate and integrate educational, developmental, family, health (including mental health testing and remediation), and other comprehensive services through community-based organizations and public and private partnerships [ie, crony capitalism].” These Orwellian schools will also provide “services” to students, families, and the community, including before and after school, during weekends, and even during the summer....The radical legislation to turn federally controlled schools into federally controlled overseers of all aspects of a child’s life..."
Unfortunately, Lamar Alexander is no conservative nor a friend for Parental Rights and limited government.  “[Alexander added his recipe for a takeover of parental rights at this [1989 Governors'] conference: “Alexander recommended what he called ‘brand new American schools’ that would operate year round from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and would take care of the needs of babies and children from ‘3 months to 18 years’."
When not one Democrat voted against this legislation in either the House or the Senate and both Obama and Duncan requested this legislation you can count on more government control of the 'State's human capital'  by reducing parental authority requiring a much heavier tax burden on tax payers.  Alexander has no objections to increased government control.

·         LD20 Second Vice Chair Wes Harris:  When I was 16 years old I became disenchanted with the Baptist Church and started to find 'the right religion' that more reflected my opinions on life and history.  I explored every organized religion including Judaism, Catholicism, Buddhism and Islam.  I read the Quran, the Book of Mormon and other publications.  An article on Islam scared the hell out of me.  It was the only so called 'religion' that advocated the destruction of all other religions and the killing of anyone that disagreed.  That was almost 60 years ago and every day since I wonder why the MSM and the U.S. Government is so intent to promote this ideology that  puts our country and way of life at risk.  I agree with Donald Trump  on restricting persons that hold this ideology above all else from setting one foot on our soil.
The countries controlled by Islam are among the poorest nations on earth and produce nothing of substance with the exceptions of Turkey and Malaysia.  The oil rich nations are putting none of their economic gains back into infrastructure or manufacturing butwaste money on themselves without a care for future generations.  Islam has nothing to offer this country other than violence and autocracy, in my opinion, and is conquest under the guise of Religious Freedom.  It is not a religion, it is totally fascist and has no place in the USA.  I have also read that fully 95% of all Islam immigrants to our country are on welfare.  It used to be that if you wanted to come to this country you had to have a sponsor and prove that you would not be a financial burden on our nation.  Friends, we are paying for the overthrow of our nation.  It is time to revise our immigration laws to protect our country, not those that would kill us., 602-432-2871 (cell),

·         US Senate Candidate Alex Meluskey: A silent genocide has plagued America for 42-years. It knows no social, economic or racial boundaries. Since 1973, abortion has snuffed out the lives of 54,559,615 babies in their mother’s wombs. With roughly 105 abortions happening every minute the number climbs steadily every day. Abortion is a barbaric practice; as Americans, we champion ourselves, as being compassionate, yet there is nothing less compassionate than willfully taking the life of an unborn child. Every day we are tormented by the intensity of the silent screams of millions of babies being murdered.  This is the greatest fight for human rights and equality our country has ever witnessed; yet the silence by those in power to halt it is astounding.
I believe women in crisis pregnancy situations deserve better than what is offered to them by places like Planned Parenthood. They do not deserve to be manipulated so people like Cecile Richards can line their pockets with annual salaries of $600,000; while her friends in the Democrat party fill their campaign war chests, making them complicit in millions of deliberate homicides. Most Americans have seen the gruesome footage of what goes on at the Planned Parenthood facilities that harvest the limbs and organs of these unborn children.
There is nothing more unsettling than seeing Planned Parenthood officials casually discussing the sale of baby’s brains, hearts and other organs while sipping wine and eating salad. As your United States Senator, I will do more than just defund Planned Parenthood. Federal law already makes it a felony to traffic in human body parts. Therefore, more hearings must take place along with a full third party investigation, and those responsible sent to prison
Without the right to life, articulated in our Declaration of Independence, all other rights cease to exist. We can ensure that Arizona is a leader in championing the rights of the unborn.  meluskeyforsenate
