Disney And The NBA Team Up With Billionaire Backed Anti-Gun Group To Target Your 2nd Amendment Rights    ABC and ESPN backed “public service” announcement includes star NBA players pushing leftist gun control narrative (INTELLIHUB) — The National Basketball Association is teaming up with billionaire Michael Bloomberg’s Every Town for Gun Safety for an advertising campaign aimed at confusing and brainwashing the American people into accepting eventual total disarmament.

United Nations’ OIC Head: Free Speech that Criticizes Islam is Totally Unacceptable!  by Shoebat.com  This is all the more reason to back Rep. Mike Rogers' bill to get the united States out of the United Nations. Just a friendly reminder from the OIC (Organization of the Islamic Cooperation) Head

ATTN:  In Accordance With The 10-Year Plan Of The Organization Of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to implement U.N. Resolution 16/18 and criminalize all criticism of Islam worldwide, a group in the U.S. House of Representatives has sponsored H. Res. 569, in condemnation of violence, bigotry and "hateful rhetoric" toward Muslims in the U.S. This bill comes on the heels of Attorney General Loretta Lynch's post-San Bernardino attack statement to the Muslim American community that she will prosecute anyone guilty of anti-Muslim speech. Passage of this legislation will be the death knell for the First Amendment and the end of any and all discourse and education about the threat posed by the global jihad.

Democrats H.Res 569 Furthers Clinton-OIC Cause to Criminalize Criticism of Islam in U.S.  Hillary Clinton has been working with the Organization of Islamic Countries (prior to name change) for years to institute a worldwide Islamic blasphemy law   via H.Res 569 Furthers Cause of Organization of Islamic Cooperation to Criminalize Criticism of Islam in US > New English Review

Karyl Krug - General Counsel, MCRC: Regarding LaFaro Dismissal -  AJ did enough wrong, from the perspective of the judge, that Marin should have survived summary judgment, but for Kolodin's utter incompetence, especially lack of proof of any damages. But the judge does not see any evidence that LaFaro's statements about Marin are supported by fact or law, either. Thus he was denied an award of attorney's fees. That's what I got out of that. The judge noticed that AJ claimed no responsibility for the offending speech -- this is obviously a reference to his assertions that he was ordered by others at the MCRC to make these statements, did not publish these statements (meaning someone else did), or was otherwise misquoted. AJ presented no evidence of that, either, because it never happened. He took no personal responsibility for his actions. It's a shame that AJ took the MCRC's money and then tried (unsuccessfully) to drop the MCRC and others in the grease. That was not an honorable thing to do, to say the least. Neither party understood how to competently plead a summary judgment, but the burden was on Marin, luckily for AJ.  Wow. Ted is 100 times the lawyer those other two are. We had to answer the lawsuit, and obviously convinced the judge that we were not a party. Ted went above and beyond to protect the MCRC. It was a real pleasure to work with Ted. He is truly an asset to the party.

Congressman Matt Salmon:   As 2015 comes to a close, I wanted to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Each year at this time I reflect on the many things I am thankful for in my life. One of those is your friendship. I truly could not do this job without your tremendous support. As you celebrate the holiday season, please remember those in uniform serving our nation overseas who are unable to spend the holidays with their families and loved ones. I pray that 2016 will be a blessed year for you and your family, and for our great nation. Nancy and I wish you the most joyful, peaceful holiday season, and we look forward to seeing you in the new year.

Jose Borrajero-- AZRRT Update:  There has been a drastic change in the way we are able to communicate with our legislators that you need to know about as we approach the new session, scheduled to open Monday, January 11. Here is a summary of the three major ways we currently express our opinions to our state elected officials:
1.    Emails: Here is where the huge change is taking place. The legislature members’ roster no longer lists Emails for members. Instead there is a link to a form similar to that used by our federal legislators. The bottom line is that a very valuable tool is being removed from our inventory. For full details concerning this change, CLICK HERE
2.    Phone Calls: There does not appear to be a change in the way phone calls are handled. However, if citizens shift from Emails to phone calls, there is a good chance that access will be negatively affected by the sheer number of calls.
3.    Using the ALIS/RTS: The AZ Legislative Information System / Request To Speak program was substantially revamped in 2014 and we do not anticipate any changes here. Now more than ever it is extremely important that every recipient of this communication make every effort to register for the Request To Speak program and to use to its fullest extent. For a full explanation of this valuable tool and how to use it, Click Here
As the 2016 legislative session gets underway, we will make every effort to keep you informed and to help you communicate with our legislators. In the meantime… Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.  Contact: joseb4538@gmail.com
