AJ LaFaro, Immediate Past Maricopa County Republican Committee Chair: Judas made McCain do it - “I am very reluctant to take positions that counter the decisions made by the governor,” said Sen John McCain of Arizona where more than 78,000 people have gained Medicaid coverage under legislation signed in 2013 by Jan Brewer, a Republican who was then the governor. Now, Gov. Doug Ducey, also a Republican, is seeking a federal waiver to charge premiums and co-payments and create work incentives within the limits allowed by federal rules. “The governor and Legislature in my state decided that they wanted” to expand Medicaid, McCain said. Lyle J. Rapacki, Sentinel Intelligence Services: Why are Donald Trump and Ted Cruz doing exceedingly well?  Three words -  Fed-up…Scared…Angry.  We The People are forgiving and patient.  But when gross deception perils our country and way of life, then We The People demonstrate just how fed-up we can become!  The anger of the people is coming into reality. Trump and Cruz are annoying “pebbles in the shoe” that will not go away.  The political elites believe time, money, and manipulation remain on their side to replace Trump and Cruz with someone far more to their liking and control.  They have accomplished this in previous elections.
We The People see that the American system of representation has fallen into neglect and ridicule by those assigned to guard and protect our country.  There no longer exists a true conservative party to keep in check the liberal ideology so aversive to the ideals upon which America was founded.  Why do you think the Tea Party came into existence?  People were fed-up and knew the majority in office no longer listened to them, nor held the foundational beliefs of this great nation.
Trump and Cruz speak with strong, candid, clear convictions.  They bring some common sense and traditional values to the arena.  No wonder the political elites despise them, and have made way for George Soros to slam both.  Soros, the acknowledged former Nazi apologist and worker, hater of Israel, the promoter of a One-World Government with the collapse of the United States!  This alone should cause Americans to rise up against the political cabbalists who hold Washington, DC and various seats and desks of power in that district hostage.
So, remember the faces of these United States Representatives as they march onto stage with their smiles and smooth talk telling us how they will restore the prestige and influence of America; how they will defend America and you, against ALL enemies, foreign and domestic.  Fed-up…scared…angry!  I would add…Betrayed!

Conservatives Fight Against Excessive Presidential Power Senator Ben Sasse (R-NE) is one of a handful of young conservatives who are leading the fight to protect the Constitution. These young Congressmen, with names like Rand Paul (R-KY), Ted Cruz (R-TX), Mike Lee (R-UT), Justin Amash (R-MI), Thomas Massie (R-KY), Ted Yoho (R-FL), Matt Salmon (R-AZ) are standing up to the entrenched establishment of both parties and demanding a return to our constitutional core values.

The Fox Business Network (FBN) and Republican National Committee (RNC) Republican Presidential Primary Debate will take place on January 14, 2016 at the North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center in North Charleston, SC.

Willis-Blunt-Christmas-Message There aren’t many in the liberal folds of the Hollywood elite who would be brave enough to actually say the words, “Merry Christmas” and show support for our troops serving overseas during the holidays. But one action hero puts both Hollywood and national politics aside during this time of the year, as he took the time several years ago to join a USO tour just to get a taste of what U.S. military troops go through around this time of year. Whether you know him as officer John McClane from the blockbuster Die Hard movies, or his real name, Bruce Willis – this is one actor who isn’t scared of his own shadow.

Obama’s Former Intelligence Director: President’s Strategy Not Working
From The Daily Caller:  “President Barack Obama’s highest-ranking military intelligence official — forced out for excessive candor in 2014 — continued his no-holds-barred critiques in this 20-minute video interview with The Daily Caller News Foundation. Retired in 2014, Lt. Gen. Mike Flynn, President Obama’s former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency at the Pentagon, served in the U.S. Army for 30 years but believes the nation is being lead by an ideological allegiance that crowds out strategies and decisions based on facts on the ground. According to the candid Flynn, President Obama — who called ISIS a “JV team” — is downplaying the Islamic threat and overstating our readiness because of an allegiance to his ideology. The energetic general dismisses the tone-deaf Democrat or media elite’s focus on gun control or Islamaphobia after the Paris and San Bernardino terrorist attacks. Flynn says, “It is about religion, and not about gun control.” “It’s a cancerous form of radical Islamism and we cannot allow it to exist on this planet anymore,” he continues.” Read More

The U.S. Military’s Real Problem: Fewer Americans Are Joining  From Politico:  “When I was a commander in Iraq, many of my men were unfit for the battlefield. My unit needed them anyway. - When President Barack Obama announced that women would be eligible for combat roles in the military earlier this month, he stated “our armed forces have taken another historic step toward harnessing the talents and skills of all our citizens.” Secretary of Defense Ash Carter echoed those thoughts: “Our force of the future must continue to benefit from the best people America has to offer … in the 21st century, that includes drawing strength from the broadest possible pool of people.” This change is going to help the military in any number of ways: It’s a step toward greater fairness, and it makes a new talent pool available to combat positions. But before we get too complacent, the Army has another challenge in front of it that opening the door to women is just one small step toward solving: It is understaffed for the challenges it faces, and faces an even bigger recruiting struggle ahead.” Read more

Sen John McCain, Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee,  on the agreement reached by Japan and the Republic of Korea regarding wartime “comfort women”: “Today's landmark agreement between Japan and the Republic of Korea regarding the comfort woman issue is a testament to the leadership and vision of Prime Minister Abe and President Park. I truly hope this agreement will mark a new era between Tokyo and Seoul based not on the burdens of history but on the shared goal of forging a more stable, peaceful, and prosperous future for the Asia-Pacific region. A Japan and ROK that are more unified bilateral partners and trilateral allies with the United States represents a powerful force for freedom in the world that we should welcome in these perilous and unpredictable times. I congratulate both governments on finalizing this historic deal and look forward to realizing its benefits in the years ahead.”

Sen John McCain, Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, on reports that Iraqi forces have retaken the city center of Ramadi from the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL): “The liberation of the city center of Ramadi is a major milestone in the fight against ISIL, a significant achievement for the Iraqi Security Forces, and a tribute to the tireless efforts of U.S. and coalition forces who have enabled this victory. The recent capture of Tishreen Dam by opposition forces in Syria, similarly supported by U.S. and coalition forces, also represents a meaningful setback for ISIL.”
…“If our goal truly is to destroy ISIL in the near future, rather than kick the can down the road for others to deal with, the United States must play a far more active role than we are now, especially in supporting local Sunni Arab forces to take the fight to ISIL themselves. More than anything, this requires the President to speak clearly to the American people about the nature of the threat we are facing, what it will take to succeed, and have the resolve to see it through. So long as this President is unwilling or incapable of exercising this leadership, the threat we face will only grow.”
