Ted Cruz Is Quitting The Presidential Race after Donald Trump won a decisive victory in Indiana. Newsmax.com
Cruz Suspends Campaign After Crushing By Trump The end of the road has finally come for Ted Cruz. After being steamrolled by Donald Trump in Indiana, the Texas senator has just suspended his campaign for president. We've got the latest from Election Night ...
AFA Team: He doesn't quit the campaign, he suspends. Suspends means he could pick it up again as late as NJ, unlikely though that would be. Sooooo, what happens to the hundreds of Cruz delegates that were elected around the country where Trump won the state? What do they do? Do they not go to the Convention? Does that mean that just about every alternate will go instead? And what if they don't go? What happens to the Convention.? You can see what a mess Cruz has made of things by finagling the vote instead of letting it happen naturally. Another mess on our hands. It's legitimate to say, well, he expected he was going to have enough wins to get to the convention. It's legit, buy not reasonable in the past couple of weeks. On Saturday, it was not only Arizona that got all the Cruz delegates, the exact same thing happened in Virginia. What are the odds? And Indiana is feeling the Bern, too!
GOP-Primary-Stolen-In Arizona? …”One of the things that Americans have always had to fall back on was their elections. No matter how bad things seemed to be, there was always the hope that the next voting cycle would bring better representation. But what would they do if this one sliver of hope was proved to be false? As I reported, there have been some things that just do not seem right about the primaries. In several states, there have been reports of tampering with delegate elections. This would mean that the number of Trump supporters serving as delegates would be lower than the actual voting would bear out. But now, there is a question about the election itself in Arizona.”
AZ Trump Team Incompetence Exposed “ …Then, an inconvenient truth was revealed in a video that was taken unbeknownst to them. The video was revealed by a local Phoenix-area blog, Sonoran Alliance. In the article, the blogger known as the Arizona Informer identified DeWit as the man yelling and the individuals being yelled at for their incompetence as paid Trump local staffers Thayer Verschoor and Charles Munoz. Incidentally, the man yelling was also identified as DeWit to this writer by a local activist familiar with who he is. DeWit can be heard yelling that he didn’t sleep at all last night. He then said, “You put names on the ballot and you didn’t even know who they are?” Classic case of incompetence.”
Tuesday morning AZGOP Chairman Robert Graham announced that based on the results of the March 22 Presidential Preference Election and the successful completion of the April 30 Republican State Convention, he is fully supporting Donald Trump as the party’s nominee for President of the United States. As a delegate to the Convention, he will cast any and all of his votes for Donald Trump. “As Chairman of the Arizona Republican Party I support the will of the majority of our party’s voters who voted to support Trump by a two-to-one margin. So the choice is clear: Arizona Republicans support Trump, and I enthusiastically join them. As a delegate I will support their will with every one of my votes for Donald Trump to be our party’s nominee,” said Arizona Republican Party Chairman Robert Graham.
Saturday’s Arizona Republican State Convention was packed with Republicans supporting of multiple candidates, and more than 800 competed to become one of Arizona’s delegates to the National Convention. Each of Arizona’s 58 delegates is bound to Trump in the first round of voting but unbound after the first vote if no candidate receives a majority. "Donald Trump’s Arizona Chairman Jeff DeWit and the Trump campaign worked hard to capture the majority of delegates. Given the slate vote counts, if the national delegate at-large elections were a one-to-one match between Trump and Cruz or Trump and Kasich, Trump would have been the clear winner retaining the majority of delegates,” added Graham.
Update: Demand-AZGOP-Chair-Robert-Graham-Resign Petition …“AZGOP Chairman Robert Graham was true to form at the AZGOP State Convention in Mesa on April 30, 2016. Graham, the Cruz and Kasich supporters, and their bought and paid for parliamentarian wove a web of political deceit, manipulation and intrigue Machiavelli would have been proud of. Their collusion allowed them to "stack the deck to steal the delegates" from Mr. Trump. The Petition was not allowed to be presented because of the outrage and mayhem that occurred. It has been decided to leave the Petition active so individuals can continue to express their outrage by signing the Petition and posting their comments. Thank you for your continued support.”
Arizona’s Charlie Keating, IV (grandson of financier Charlie Keating) navy-seal-killed-isis-obamas-reaction-disgusting Gov Doug Ducey ordered all state flags be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset Wednesday in honor of Keating, who was a graduate of Phoenix’s Arcadia High School. The 31-year-old Keating attended the Naval Academy before becoming a Navy Seal based out of Coronado, California

PC Barbara Medal: As usual the fix is always in when it comes to pulling the wool over the lamb’s eyes. And yes my fellow patriots, we the lambs have been put in the cage with the lying lions and that never bodes well for the lambs. The AZ directors of both campaigns, .ie., Trump and Cruz, put together pathetic slates EXCLUDING the hard working campaigners in both camps. Both campaigns now have hostile establishment delegates that will vote the establishment pick and not for either of the ‘outsiders’ that the people have worked so hard to get elected. One Cruz supporter stated, ”the slate was pathetic and it was a majority of moderates who lied and some came to the convention sporting Kasich shirts or stickers. Due to the ineptness or possibly just deliberate intentions to throw in the proverbial monkey wrench and derail the campaigns, we may never know, but for sure both camps are furious and the end of the Party is close at hand when it no longer represents the people but the whims of the ruling class and that has been the crux of the anger of all the grass roots. A disgusted delegate lamb determined to fight at all costs. CQ we have you pegged.

Conservative Business Leader Christine Jones has officially announced her candidacy for the Republican nomination in Arizona’s fifth Congressional District. Jones said, “We have enough career politicians in Washington and need citizen representatives with business and real world experiences if we are going to fix the multitude of problems facing America today: runaway spending in Washington, a failed immigration policy, and threats from ISIS on the battlefield and in cyberspace. The voters are tired of politicians who make big promises and fail to deliver. That needs to change. Unlike career politicians, I don’t just talk about what needs to be done…I do it,” said Jones. As Executive Vice President of Go Daddy for more than 10 years, Christine Jones played an essential role in the creation of over 4,000 jobs, including more than 1,500 in the East Valley. She brings successful private sector business, technology, and policy-development experience to the table. Jones video Contact: join my campaign.
Carl Goldberg to Congressional candidate Christine Jones: As I have mentioned to you before, -- without response -- the most important issue facing our great country is the threat from both the violent and the civilizational Islamic jihad which is led by the Muslim Brotherhood. You absolutely must become conversant with this threat, and, so far, you have not. Let me assure you that the threat goes very far beyond ISIS.I am a coordinator for Brigitte Gabriel's ACT For America, and we have hundreds of members in Arizona. I also go around speaking on the Islamic threat to many organizations, including Republican LDs and other Republican groups. Everywhere, I urge my followers and my listeners to support only those candidates who take a public stand against the Muslim Brotherhood and in favor of the Muslim Brotherhood Terrorist Designation Act which is in Congress right now. If you want the support of the many Arizonans who are conscious of the Islamic threat, you had better take a public stand against the Muslim Brotherhood. The usual platitudes just will not do. I urge you to read John Guandolo's excellent short book, "Raising a Jihadi Generation -- Undertstanding the Muslim Brotherhood Movement in America." Since you are running for Congress, I urge you to make an appointment with Trent Franks in order to discuss the Islamic threat. He gets it! We need more like him! Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction Diane Douglas and the Arizona State Board of Education (SBE) today announced that pending legislation supported by legislative leadership and the Governor’s Office will settle the ongoing litigation between the two parties. The legislative amendment to HB 2620 is designed to eliminate the need for continued legal proceedings. The legislation specifies that SBE will be responsible for the hiring and supervision of its four employees, while the Department of Education will have the sole authority to employ and oversee the work of all investigators responsible for reviewing cases of educator misconduct. Both parties remain committed to doing what is best for Arizona students and are calling on all legislators to support the legislation. With the adoption of the agreement, the Superintendent and SBE will avoid spending more time and money in court and can continue working together to ensure that every Arizona student has access to an excellent education.
