Chris Herring, LD21 Chairman and President of the Maricopa County Young Republicans, officially announced his candidacy yesterday for the Maricopa County Republican Committee Chairmanship. Herring is a lifelong conservative Republican and lives with his wife and young son in Surprise. "Maricopa County is the 4th largest county in the nation, which means that its Republican party should be functioning at the top of county parties from around the country," Herring said. "The Maricopa County Republican Committee can absolutely be a model for hundreds of other county parties to emulate, and it can do so much more to help Republicans across the county win competitive elections. We have the grassroots army already in place and the principles that are needed now more than ever; now we need the leadership at the top to give our PC's the resources they need to do their jobs. Together, I know that we can lead the Maricopa County Republican Party to do great things. I look forward to traveling around the county to share my vision and goals and to earning the votes of many precinct committeemen." Herring registered as a teenager in Los Angeles County. As a Valley resident for the past eight years, Herring loves living in a state where conservative principles are fought for on a daily basis. He earned a Bachelors Degree in history and a Graduate Degree in business management, two disciplines he believes will contribute to his ability to make the county party a more effective organization. Herring looks forward to working with conservative grassroots committeemen across Maricopa County.
Reports Are Surfacing that might interest some of you who absolutely refuse to vote for AZGOP censored incumbent John McCain and those having internal battles at the thoughts of voting for Dem Ann Kirkpatrick. Some conservatives are recommending using your US senate vote for unknown Independent Conservative Constitutional Write-In candidate Selena Lopez selenalopezforsenate of Peeple’s Valley. Folks who have spoken with her since she appeared at the recent Trump Rally in Prescott Valley say she is very conservative. – ft
The Arizona Freedom Alliance Team (AFT): We have all been so focused on the presidential campaign and getting rid of the dreadful John McCain, no one apparently, noticed Independent Conservative Constitutional Write-In candidate Selena Lopez joanneforarizona.com --- I think I would rather take my chances on an independent who will be easier to defeat in six years if she is not as conservative as she claims to be. Like [...] I can not bring myself to vote for a Democrat and just pray she, Kirkpatrick, won't show up. I think, Kirkpatrick, will show up for the votes that defeat our Constitution and conservative causes just like McCain does. I also happen to know Joanne is a Trump supporter, who attended the Prescott Valley rally, so that should put her on the right side of every argument for and against the destruction of our country and our way of life. She is a female Trump supporter who is also a HISPANIC; sounds like a win win. If we can get our people to promote her, I think she will be a great alternative to the other two candidates. It is also my understanding that anyone who ran in the Primary, like Kelli Ward, who was defeated cannot run in the general even as a write in. Joanne is qualified as a write in candidate for the general as I understand it. It is correct that anyone who ran in the primary for a federal office cannot run as a write-in candidate for that same seat. Hope this helps you make a decision about the U.S. Senate race! The AFA Team - arizonafreedomalliance.ning.com
LD13 Pc Scott Powelson: For Those Who Can’t Vote For McCain - I don’t know about you but I will not vote for Dem Ann Kirkpatrick for Senate and I have disliked John McCain since the 90s when he started partnering with Teddy Kennedy in almost anything that would piss off those of us who were real Conservatives back then. Here is my reasoning for supporting Selena Lopez over McCain. She appears to be more conservative than McCain on all the issues. She is a Trump supporter. She is more likely to vote with the Republicans than against them in a Trump administration. If she is not as conservative in office as she claims to be now; it should be easy to defeat her in the next election compared to a life-long Democrat like Kirkpatrick, who the Dem party will support with blood, if necessary. As an Independent she will have no party support of any consequence to overcome our candidate when we find one to elect from our party. She may even convert to Republican in a Trump administration. I find it very distasteful to vote against a Republican but I am not sure voting for McCain is a vote I can cast in good conscience. I have seen the photos of him with ISIS leaders. I have seen him try to destroy gun shows with Ted Kennedy and his open borders stance is wrecking the country. This is my two cents worth. Check her out for you self, here is the link to her website. http://selenalopezforsenate.com/Main-Page-Page-Daccueil/
Gila County Chairman Lolly Hathhorn is inviting all interested in TRUMP sign waving to meet at Republican Headquarters at 9am, Sat., Oct 24 to participate in this endeavor. Let’s roll to VICTORY by participating, Hathhorn says.
The Republican Club of Sun City is looking forward to meeting with Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio at 7 pm, Mon., Oct 19 at the Sundial Recreation Center's East Hall, 14801 N. 103rd Avenue in Sun City. Social time/refreshments at 6:30 pm. RCSC cardholders and their escorted guests welcome. Arpaio, a strong Trump supporters, has been in office since 1993. He was elected again in August 2016 to be the Republican candidate for Maricopa County Sheriff in the November General Election.
The AZ Republican Assembly (AzRA) Southwest Chapter will meet at 8 am., Sat., Oct 22 at Culvers Restaurant, 1025 N Avondale Blvd Avondale, AZ. 85323. Special $5 menu - including unlimited drinks and tax. They will discuss Precinct Committeeman Day at the Capital, state committee elections, how the Hispanic vote will impact elections in Arizona and hear an update on CD29 candidate John Wilson and an update on Prop 205. The Gila County Republican Committee is raffling off an Arizona ranch grown side of beef (approx. 300 pounds). The ranch is located near Holbrook, AZ. Tickets are $20 each or three for $50. Drawing will be Oct 31. The butcher will cut the beef to the order of the winner. Contact: Chairman Gary Morris at 602-803-7366.
Former LD2 Chairman Don Woolley: I would like to call on Robert Graham, AZ GOP Chairman, and Sergio Arellano, current LD2 Chairman, and all other LD Chairman, to publicly ask for Dem. Senator Dalessandro's apology and resignation for calling Republican leadership in Phoenix "NAZIS". She is hateful, despicable, ineffective, and bitter, and this type of behavior is unacceptable. She needs to be called on it. Even Democrats should be ashamed of her.
RNC National Committeeman Bruce Ash: As a Jew who is a proud Republican I am compelled to speak out on Ms. DeLassandro's slurs against her fellow legislators and other conscientious Republican public officials. Thirteen of my immediate family members tragically lost their lives to brutal Nazi killers of The Third Reich in World War II. Husbands and wives either gassed or worked to death at hard labor in death camps. Children and the frail elderly singled out and murdered because they were too weak to work. As someone who has worked for years as an activist to help the survivors of The Holocaust locally and the world over Ms. DeLassandro's characterization of Arizona Republicans as Nazi's is callous and reprehensible. Her careless language which she actually made to The Arizona Daily Star editorial board shows her poor taste ,flawed judgment and reflects her inability to work effectively in the future at the Arizona Legislature to represent Southern Arizona if she is re-elected in November. When Ms DeLassandro was outed for her hateful descriptions she tried to recant her earlier statements . Her apologies, however, sound hollow and fall short of healing the wounds she has created.
Tom Morrissey, Immediate Past Chairman AZ GOP: What we have emerging during the current election cycle is the widening chasm, or perhaps, more aptly put, civil war, between the Establishment and the Grassroots, in the Republican Party. The Establishment demonstrate their displeasure with the Grassroots audaciousness of opposition to their "entitled" thrones of power. Donald Trump is my champion because he has had the strength and courage to voice the frustration I have felt for many years as a Constitutional Conservative. He has given me the hope that this country can be saved. And I am not alone in this belief. To the Establishment, I wish to say, we have gone along with you over countless elections, starting "after" the Reagan and Goldwater years, even though we have been disappointed consistently by your actions in office. In 2010 you asked for the Congress and we, the Grassroots, worked toward that end, successfully. Nothing changed. Then in 2014 when you asked for the Senate, we worked toward that end, successfully. And after a big win, nothing changed. Now WE have a candidate who can and will bring this change that you promised, but did not deliver, and you are all working against him. In my humble opinion I believe that you, The Establishment, have:
Colluded with the Left
Conceded our Liberty to the Left
Caved into the policies of Barrack Obama
The infamous Three "C"s. Your actions will be remembered as you run for office. I promise you that. Whether Donald Trump wins or loses the coming election, this party will never be the same. You may have the money and position but we have the numbers and we are organizing in a way that you do not see, yet. But you will, in the near future.

The hearing will feature testimony from local witnesses about the challenges women face in the workforce. This is the second hearing McSally is chairing as part of the Working Group, which launched in July. After speaking with women throughout Southern Arizona during the August district work period, McSally held a hearing on September 22 in Washington, D.C. about examining the barriers women face to getting ahead. This week’s Tucson field hearing is a continuation of that discussion. Witnesses include Ashley B. Carter, Grassroots Director for the Independent Women’s Forum; T. VanHook, CEO of Habitat for Humanity Tucson; Dr. Joseph Broschak, Executive Director for the McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship.
Donald Trump told supporters in Florida he represents an “existential threat” to the political establishment and repeated that Hillary Clinton should be locked up. Trump said he is the victim of a “concerted, coordinated and vicious attack” by the political establishment and the media. He said new allegations of groping are “totally and absolutely false." Earlier, Michelle Obama, in New Hampshire, said this election has “shaken me to my core,” and shelved her campaign speech to speak passionately about sexual assault.

Arizona Project Chr Ron Ludders: It's difficult to sit by and watch the non-issues discussed by the main street media and the GOP Establishment. News reporters spin their political bias into their "news" reports. Guess they believe we are too "STUPIT" to see and understand what is going on. Honestly, Donald Trump is the only candidate who continuously speaks about jobs, immigration, law and order, national security, the economy, terrorism and corruption within our own government. These issues are real; avoiding them puts us and our families at unimaginable peril. Hillary speaks about Nothing but Trump's personality, mannerism and tries to portray him as unstable, nonsensical and driven by ambition. AS you listen to the dialogue of the left, notice that what they say about Trump is the mirror image of what they actually are or believe in (projection). Senator Clinton has no record of achievement (having introduced legislation renaming a New York Post Office, renaming a section of a highway and supporting a property of historic nature. She has not had any significant legislation sponsored or passed. She voted to send US Troops to Iraq and falsely claims Trump supported the war which he did not. Even if he did support the war, he had no vote in the Senate; she did and sent many of our young American men and women to their deaths. I'll not mention her disgraceful Benghazi debacle in detail because we saw, first hand, her lack of leadership, empathy and incredible excuses. Once again, Americans died! Now, we see Wikileaks information of Clinton's ridicule of "average Americans", deplorables, non-redeemables, ner'-do-well blacks, "redneck" southerners, needy Latinos and now Catholics. Hillary and Bill treat Americans with contempt, insults and outlandish criminal "pay to play" behavior.

Sen John Mc Cain Stopped By Yuma Territorial Prison State Park to receive an update on the Yuma Crossing National Heritage Area, which he has been involved with since 2000. Over the last 15 years, Charles Flynn, the Executive Director of Yuma Crossing National Heritage Area, explains how McCain has been a part of the process and how they used funds from Park Service to improve the riverfront. "Very few federal dollars then created the opportunity to get a tremendous impact, so $40million of improvements along the riverfront was really caused by the heritage area and we leveraged that almost 10 to 1 of the national park service dollars that we get." As of now, 400 acres of land has been restored, and we are hoping for more in the future.

LD22 Sen Judy Burges: I have been privileged and humbled to represent the wonderful people of District #22 these past years, and I look forward to continuing to be the Servant Leader my constituents have come to recognize and honor with their endorsements to return to public office.
LD6 Rep Brenda Barton: Early Voting for the November 8th election began yesterday. Be sure to look out for your early ballot in the mail and remember to vote for me and the rest of your LD 6 team, Rep Bob Thorpe and Sen Sylvia Allen. With your help and support we can keep Arizona red this election cycle! As a fifth generation Arizonan and the Chairman of the Committee on Agriculture, Water and Lands I know firsthand how important water is to Arizona's success. As your Representative I will continue to support the efforts of the Central Arizona Project to protect water levels in the Colorado River, particularly Lake Mead. Please take a look at my interview below to see why we must protect Lake Mead as a vital source of Arizona's water supply: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aszVYpWe2ek
Thank you for your support.
Scottsdale City Council candidate Virginia Corte: If you are an early voter, you should receive your ballot in the next few days. There are four candidates campaigning for three seats on the City Council. It is expected to be a very tight contest – so your vote matters more than ever. I have worked hard the past four years on the City Council representing all of Scottsdale. I hope I have earned your vote for another term to continue my mission of Putting Scottsdale First! Please fill out the ballot, seal it, sign it and send it as soon as possible. Thank You,
Congressional candidate Paul Babeu: With less than a month to go, we need immediate help to keep our momentum spreading to every corner of the district. But, that’s not possible...unless you step up now, my friend. It isn’t easy to manage mailers, TV ads, radio, and everything else that goes into making sure our message is heard by voters far and wide. There are 24 days and a handful of hours left before folks head to the polls and cast their vote. Early voting has began in Arizona. We’re that close. Every second counts! chip in a dollar a day Taxin’ Tom O’Halleran wants you to fund his campaign, give him a raise, and give him even more in taxes later on. His record is abysmal. The last time he was in office, he raised taxes by 64%. Is that a bill you want to pay? Join me in sending a Sheriff to Washington. Donate Thank you for being on my team for a stronger, more secure America.
Congresswoman Martha McSally’s Campaign Manager Weston McKee after the debate at Buena High School in Sierra Vista. "This evening, Martha showed not only her deep understanding of the issues affecting our community, like expanding jobs, growing Fort Huachuca, and building our infrastructure, but how she's already been able to get results on these priorities and many more. Anyone in the audience could see she is far and away the best person to represent Southern Arizona in Congress."
