11-19-16 Briefs

Republican Briefs

Editor Frosty Taylor       Web Master John Strasser

The 11 Electors That AZGOP Chairman Robert Graham appointed to vote in the Dec 19 Electoral College are being bombarded with e-mails, letters, and phone calls from Hillary Clinton’s backers who are still determined to put her in the White House in January. Messages forwarded to the Briefs reveal most of the Clinton support messages are coming from out-of-state. As one of our Arizona electors pointed out, “These are clearly orchestrated. I remove one and four more pop up in my incoming e-mails. We (the electors) signed a commitment to vote for the nominee supported by Arizona voters – and that candidate is Trump. He may not have been everyone’s first choice, but he’s “our” candidate and I’m standing by him.” The elector says some them “are getting threatening messages. For all we know, these messages could be coming from crackpots,” one concerned elector said. It is reported that the harassing e-mails are even being sent to elector’s places of employment. In The Wake Of President-Elect Donald Trump's victory on Election Night, Republican Electors across the country have received an increasing wave of harassment and threats, in the form of phone calls, emails, messages on social media, and even in-person visits to their homes, by leftists who seek to pressure those Electors into changing their votes from Trump to Clinton when the Electoral College meets on December 19, 2016.  Such harassment and threats intensified after anti-Trump groups published online the names, addressed, phone numbers, emails, gender, and race of Republican Electors in states that went for Trump. According to the Detroit News, one of the Republican Electors for Michigan, Michael Banerian, has received multiple death threats...Read the rest here.

As with electors throughout the nation, the AZGOP appointees have now become easy access to the Clinton bullies. Consequently, Oath Keepers has issued a CALL TO ACTION: Oath Keepers Pledge to Protect Electors from Terrorist Death Threats - a standing offer of volunteer protection to any of the Electoral College Electors who may feel threatened or in danger from leftist radicals attempting to coerce them into changing their vote as Electors.  Any Elector who wants assistance may contact:

Activist Jeff Greenspan: With NPV in place, Hillary Clinton would be president today as the election would have been decided by New York City, San Francisco, LA, Chicago, Philadelphia metro area, Boston Metro,  Washington DC metro and Miami.  Without the Electoral College, we would be under Obama's 3rd term and "flyover" red states would be wiped off the presidential election map. That'll be enough Most of the land mass of this nation is owned and resided upon by people who are in "red" (that is, the winner this time due to the Electoral College) areas of the country.  With the exception of certain urban centers and right along the Mexican/Texas border there are very few "solid" blue areas. Those urban centers consume roughly 90% of the energy and food in this country yet they comprise 5-10% of the land mass. The "red" areas produce 95% of the food and energy this nation consumes and occupies 90-95% of the land mass. Do you really think that doing something like eliminating the last pieces of the structure our founding fathers put in place to prevent tyranny of the majority from being able to take hold is a good idea?
