ATTN Maricopa County Republican PCs: Be sure to read every page of the call letter that should have been mailed to you from Maricopa County Republican headquarters today.  Know what you are voting on. Riders USA and other groups that are fed up with illegals conducting “economic terrorism” are planning a protest between 10 am-noon., Sat., Jan 9 at  Walmart, 3721 E. Thomas Road in Phoenix. Protesters claim Walmart has requested that the Phoenix Police Department enforce the law by removing trespassers (illegal day labors) who are yelling racist rhetoric and intimidating customers.  The staging area for motorcycle riders is at 10 am, at the Hideaway Lounge, (SE corner of 32nd St/Thomas Road.)
In Conjunction With AZGOP Treasurer Jonathan Lines and under the guidance of AZGOP Compliance Director Timothy Lee, the AZGOP will conduct two Basic Training Sessions in 2016.
·         Robert’s Rules of Order Training Session:  Hosted by National Committeewoman Sharon Giese, AZGOP presents a Mandatory Training Session on Robert’s Rules of Orders for all County Chairmen and Legislative District Chairmen between 9 am-12:30 pm., Sat., Feb 27. The instructor is Al Gage. Any extra seating available for the Robert’s Rules Session will be assigned on first registered, first served basis.

The Maricopa County Commission on Trial Court Appointments will review the applications and take public comment on Jan28, 2016 in Room 345 of the State Courts Building, 1501 W. Washington. On Jan 28, the Commission will choose those to be interviewed on Feb 10.The Commission will recommend at least three nominees to Gov Doug Ducey, who will appoint the new judge.

President Barack Obama will join Anderson Cooper on CNN at 8 p.m. ET Thur., Jan 7 for a live town hall on gun control called "Guns in America." The President will discuss gun issues with Cooper and take questions from the audience. The President has repeatedly expressed frustration with Congress' for not passing new gun laws. He plans to meet Monday with Attorney General Loretta Lynch to discuss gun control and is expected to announce soon new executive action aimed at expanding background checks on gun sales.CNN.com

When I ran for US Congress in 2010, I warned in 2009 that it would happen after it became law in 2010 -- that once the government took control of the healthcare system it would use your personal medical records to limit your Constitution rights. Well, it took six years, but today it happened, your personal medical records are now being released to the ATF to take away your Second Amendment rights.

Congressman David Schweikert: As President Obama is pushing his liberal ideology, I’m fighting to advance the Second Amendment. This week I will be introducing legislation to expand concealed carry reciprocity for Arizona citizens.

Former Congressional Candidate Gabby Saucedo Mercer --  Barack Hussein Obama wants to know how gun control became a partisan issue? Excuse me? The Constitution is not Republican, Libertarian, Democrat, nor Independent! The 2nd Amendment says clearly and in plain English: "A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." The Second Amendment was adopted on December 15, 1791.

Former Coconino County Republican Committee Chairman Joy Staveley: Listening to Obama on the news now. Have never heard/seen such a self- serving, self-loving, power hungry President in my life! He consistently talks down to and looks down on citizens. Thinks he knows more than everyone, especially Congress! Plays the emotional card and t he race card on a daily basis. I certainly hope our next President is truly a real Constitutional Conservative who believes in the people, and therefore in our Republic, which is a limited form of central gov...ernment. By the way--If back ground checks worked so well, the San Bernardino shooting would never have happened. That radical Muslim woman was interviewed several times, and our bureaucrats still let her in the Country Treasures. As far as Obama's current claim that as long as we can "save one life" it's worth taking freedoms away from all of us, I'm tired of hearing that argument on every issue under the sun. It does not ring true. The Tsarnaev brothers did not use guns! We knew about them prior to their attack on the Boston Marathon. Russia warned us!! As for the no fly list: Many innocent, law abiding citizens have found themselves on that list because some bureaucrat put a mark in the wrong box. That list can also be used for evil political purposes. You know, we have an FDA, but that does not mean all the food we eat is safe. The government cannot be everywhere all the time, and I for one would not even want them to be. I don't want Big Brother looking over my shoulder all the time. Government does not know best. Government is not efficient or cost effective. People need to read or re-read 1984, Brave New World or Fahrenheit 451--or any number of excellent books that show us the horrors of all encompassing, way too big government. I don't want America to turn into Europe, or worse! I love freedom and liberty. My heart breaks as I see our freedoms and liberties taken from us in so many ways in our own beloved Country. Throughout history a number of heads of Countries have been able to convince people to give up their liberties, supposedly for the sake of safety. Hitler was one of them! When will people read and remember history! Wake up America. Wake up Americans!

AZGOP Chairman Robert Graham on Secretary of State(SOS)  Michele Reagan’s response that the AZGOP complaint against former Democratic gubernatorial candidate Paul Johnson, who is trying to resuscitate a 2012 ballot measure for the 2016 election, would be referred for prosecution. The original 2012 measure would have eliminated the role of political parties in state elections, but failed by a 2:1 margin at the polls.
“This group of progressives led by a failed former Democratic candidate is at it again — bent on destroying our election system, not reforming it, and it’s just ironic that they can’t even come close to following the current laws regarding campaign contributions,” said Graham. “This committee and its leadership have no credibility with voters, or with candidates, and their potential donors have got to be thinking twice about giving money to a group with total disregard for our election laws."
The October 2015 AZGOP complaint called attention to the fact that the committee, Open Nonpartisan Elections, failed to report the source and amount of what was later discovered to be a $10,000 contribution. The AZGOP asked the SOS to investigate the matter and "take action to protect the integrity of the campaign finance system.” Reagan’s staff  found reasonable cause to believe the law was violated at least once, and referred the violations to the Arizona Attorney General. The penalty for one such violation is up to three times the amount of the contribution, or $30,000.
“Political parties perform an important function in our system of government and elections, giving voters the ability to group together under common ground to support the nominee of their choice. If you remove parties from the process, you remove competition, and that will destroy the accountability so vital to our system of elections today,” added Graham.

A Syrian migrant offered his wife as payment to people smugglers then joined them in raping her daily during the family's crossing to Europe, it has been revealed. Hagel Forced Out For Portraying Islamic State As A Serious Threat And Not A Junior Varsity Team…(by Steve Watson, Infowars) – Chuck Hagel has been fired by Obama from his position as Defense Secretary.  Hagel, a former GOP Senator, was appointed by Obama in early 2013 and therefore was scheduled to serve for the entirety of Obama’s second term. Prior to his appointment, Hagel is said to have visited the White House in 2009, and personally warned Obama that he should look out for rogue elements within the Pentagon that were leading a ‘new world order’. This was not reported on some internet conspiracy forum, it was a leading report published shortly before Hagel’s appointment, by Bob Woodward, an award winning journalist and associate editor with The Washington Post. According to an account that Hagel gave, he told Obama: “We are at a time where there is a new world order.”
Judge-Jeanine-Slams-Obamas-Anti-Second-Amendment-Crusade; Dont-Blame-Guns, Shoot-Terrorists    In her opening statement on Justice, Judge Jeanine Pirro criticized President Obama for going on an "anti-Second Amendment crusade" while the nation is under threat from terrorist groups. Pirro said that Obama's planned executive action on gun control will leave Americans "up a creek not just without a paddle, but without a gun as well. At a time when we face the biggest threat we have ever confronted, our commander-in-chief is on an anti-Second Amendment crusade to take away our guns," she said.

Trading In China Stocks Was Halted after a sharp plunge shortly after opening. It is second suspension this week.Trading was suspended for 15 minutes after the CSI 300 stock index fell 5%. When trading resumed, the slide continued and within just a few seconds the index was down 7%. No official word has been received by Briefs from the AZGOP as to whether elections will be held for a new First Vice Chairman, Second Vice Chairman, Third Vice Chairman, Assistant Secretary, Assistant Treasurer, Sergeant-At-Arms, and Assistant Sergeant-At-Arms.

·         Congressman Paul A. Gosar is hosting a press conference Thurs, Jan 7, 2015, to promote his legislation scheduled to be introduced this week affirming a mechanism for the president to strip Bill Cosby of the Presidential Medal of Freedom and that will impose criminal penalties for anyone who wears or publicly displays a Presidential Medal of Freedom that has been revoked. See draft legislation  HERE.  Gosar has been working closely with Promoting Awareness Victim Empowerment (PAVE), a DC-based nonprofit organization that works to prevent sexual assault and heal survivors, on this effort. The task includes labeling packets and stuffing packet with agendas/flyers/ballots and loading them into boxes by LDs.

·         Riders USA and other groups that are fed up with illegals conducting “economic terrorism” are planning a protest between 10 am-noon., Sat., Jan 9 at  Walmart, 3721 E. Thomas Road in Phoenix. Protesters claim Walmart has requested that the Phoenix Police Department enforce the law by removing trespassers (illegal day labors) who are yelling racist rhetoric and intimidating customers.  The staging area for motorcycle riders is at 10 am, at the Hideaway Lounge, (SE corner of 32nd St/Thomas Road.
