The Gila County Republican Party has scheduled a grand opening at 10 am., Sat., June 11 at their new headquarters building, 307 South Beeline Highway, (east side to the road, behind the Buffalo Bar and Grill). Elected Republican officials and candidates from throughout the County and Legislative District 6 have been invited and the public is welcome to join the event. The headquarters serves a number of purposes. First, the facility provides a location for the public to visit and register to vote. Additionally, the public can also pick up Republican candidate campaign literature such as bumper stickers, yard signs etc. Second, the headquarters can be used by any declared Republican elected official or candidate for office to conduct meetings, meet and greets and other campaign activities. The facility will be operational through the General election. The Republican Headquarters is presently open week days from 9AM to 5 PM. Gila County also has a second headquarters in Globe, operated by the Cobra Valley Republican Club. Contact: Gary P. Morris, Chairman; Gila County Republican Committee 602-803-7366.

Those collecting signatures please let us know status, such as signatures, numbers, when and how you would like to get them to us. Call 928-434-1515 or deliver to 2440 E. Contessa St, Mesa.  I know we are all busy, but we definitely need more signatures to qualify!  Those who live in LD25 may also sign Itasca’s petition online at Only eligible LD25 Voters will be shown Itasca’s name, and the $5 Contribution button does Not apply to her.  Itasca Small’s website is

NAFBPO Chairman Zack Taylor: Sanctuary Cities supported by a complicit press/media encourage and breed contempt for our laws with tragic results. That The Arizona House of Representatives could not see the wisdom of passing SB-1377 will only increase the probability of further negative results. The over-arching problem is the corruption of our institutions from the top down. pertinent-info-missing-in-reporting-death-of-ppd-officer

Tom Jenney - Arizona Director Americans for Prosperity: Last week our friends at the Arizona Free Enterprise Club issued a press release about a proposed anti-free speech initiative that is currently gathering signatures. The initiative would put your name and personal information onto a publicly-available government database if you donate to non-profit organizations. The release exposes critical drafting errors in the ballot measure, including the amending of state statute that no longer exists! This will likely lead to the state or the courts rejecting the proposal. legal analysis here. If you have not yet committed to Decline To Sign, please add your name to our pledge! The future of our freedom is at stake.

Sheriff Arpaio Arrives In Courtroom In Contempt Of Court Case Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio was met by protesters as he returned federal courtroom Tuesday morning in connection with his contempt of court case.

Activist Stephen Sivigliano: Those bleeding heart wackos once again show their crazy worship of animals while showing no respect for a little child and even less respect for those children in the womb.  They consider the loss of a rare gorilla to be worse than losing a non-rare human.  That 4 inch fish in CA is more important than the irrigation of our nation's breadbasket, and all the etc.'s you can add to this diatribe.  How many candle-light vigils do they hold for the unborn who are butchered at a pace much larger than even all the deaths in WWII?

Today, Andy Tobin, The Former Speaker Of The Arizona House Of Representatives and Governor Doug Ducey’s appointee to the Arizona Corporation Commission, filed 11,306 signatures to qualify for the ballot. The Tobin campaign filed nearly twice the necessary amount of signatures needed. Tobin said the following, “During this campaign I have met with Arizonans from all across our beautiful state, and I am incredibly humbled by the support and words of encouragement that I have received. It is not a one-man job to collect 11,306 signatures, which is why I am so thankful for those who joined our team and spent countless hours helping me get my name on the ballot. Above all, I want to thank every single Arizonan who took the time to sign my petition - we could not have come so far without your support. Serving and protecting the taxpayers of Arizona has been my mission and my passion, and I look forward to continuing to serve you on the Arizona Corporation Commission.”

Trump: Nearly $6 Million Raised, 'Paid Out' to Veterans Donald Trump Tuesday blasted the media as he revealed the list of veterans groups that are receiving the $5.6 million raised through his January benefit event. Read More . . .

Today, Ray Strauss, Republican candidate for Arizona's Fourth Congressional District, filed 2,426 signatures - almost 1,000 more signatures than the number required to qualify for the August Primary Election ballot. "This was a major step for our campaign, and with the Lord's help and the hard work of many friends, we qualified for the ballot," Strauss said. "I'd like to thank all of my volunteers and members of my family for sacrificing countless hours to collect signatures on my behalf. Without them, I would not be here today. Running for Congress is a team effort, nurtured within the grassroots, and I am so thankful for all the support and momentum our campaign has received over the past few months. I look forward to a competitive primary with Mr. Gosar, and meeting many more voters on the campaign trail." Strauss has been a Buckeye City Councilman for the past six years, and a pastor for over twenty years. From serving his church and city, he has learned that it is not enough to say the right things or to have a good conservative voting record. Strauss lives with his wife and three sons in the district.

Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu: The news hasn’t been good. We are seeing stories about drug cartel activity, measles, and increasing numbers of illegals. There is a lot at stake this election -- and we can’t afford to stay on the path presented to our nation by President Obama and Hillary Clinton. I’ve been all through the district speaking with voters about their concerns, and talking with our  Border Patrol about the crisis at our border. The issues we face are issues I am all too familiar with as Pinal County Sheriff. We need someone with this close knowledge of the situation, and who will demand  the folks in Washington take action instead of continuing to make excuses. I’ll keep fighting but I need your help. Thank you for standing with me.

Trump, McConnell, Corker-And-Cornyn-Stump-For-Marco-Over-Conservatives-In-Florida Welcome to the great “outsiders’” revolution of 2016. Not a single Republican establishment incumbent in the House or Senate has lost his seat this cycle.  Worse, the GOP establishment has won most open seats.  In Indiana, on the same night Donald Trump vanquished Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) from the presidential race, Rep. Todd Young (R-IN), a Boehner and McConnell loyalist, crushed his conservative opponent for the race to fill the open Senate seat.  Todd Young was one of 43 Republicans to vote for the amendment last Wednesday night codifying Obama’s transgender mandate into law.  The “year of the outsider” indeed.

Congresswoman Martha McSally tomorrow will announce the winners of the first ever Southern Arizona First Responders of Distinction Award at 6:45 pm., at the Public Safety and Emergency Services Institute, 4355 East Calle Aurora in Tucson. The award recognizes firefighters, EMTs, and law enforcement from the Second District who go above and beyond to serve Southern Arizona. Award winners will be announced at an award ceremony and all nominees will be recognized.

John McCain's campaign released a second television ad that will begin airing today on network television in Phoenix. The ad highlights John McCain's record of fighting for Luke Air Force Base and which provides crucial training for our military and thousands of jobs in the valley.  Featured in the ad is Goodyear Mayor Georgia Lord and Lisa Lundskow, Estrella Community Vice President, CCMC. "Luke Air Force Base has been a tremendous economic asset in our community for decades, providing thousands of jobs in the West Valley," said McCain. "The base serves as the premier pilot training facility in the world, contributing significantly to our national security. I have been a long proponent of Luke and I will continue to support this vital military installation."  see ad

Former senate Russell Pearce: “OK my friends and Patriots.  Our liberal legislators who gave you Common Core, who gave you Obamacare (called Medicaid Expansion), who worked with the Gay, Lesbian organizations to get the Gov. to veto SB1062 that was to protect you 1st Amendment right of religious association are working overtime to help elect liberal Republicans that support Amnesty, Gay Rights, Obamacare, Common core and yet run as Conservatives.   Bob Worsley is the best friend Democrats have in the Senate and was “Censured” by his own District (LD25) and by Maricopa County Republican Party for his votes against our core values. “There is a candidate to oppose Worsley that is actually a Conservative … Itasca Small.   You can sign Itasca Small's petition online at  Yes, she filed late and she has an uphill battle after she gets on the ballot, but we will do what we can with God's help.”

Secretary of Defense Ash Carter today visited Fort Huachuca where he met with troops and leadership at the base and spoke one-on-one with U.S. Representative Martha McSally about the base’s unique assets. McSally sent a letter to Carter in March requesting he visit the base in person. “I’m glad that Secretary Carter took us up on our invitation to see what a national security treasure we have in Fort Huachuca,” said McSally. “Our meeting provided the chance to discuss the potential for increased missions and partnering with agencies like CBP as well as cooperating with neighboring units at DM and elsewhere and enhanced manned-unmanned training. In addition, I was able to highlight the Fort’s leadership in water conservation and critical missions like the Electronic Proving Ground, intelligence, cyber, unmanned aircraft, signal, NETCOM, and joint and interagency operations. This historic visit will go a long way toward preserving and expanding our base’s missions and ensuring its future.” During the visit, Carter noted the “bright futures” of both Davis-Monthan Air Force Base and Fort Huachuca.
