Nothing-Trump-Said-Can-Match-This-For-Bias   “…Donald Trump believes that a Judge is predisposed to rule against him because of the Judge’s background. Yes, the Judge, Gonzalo Curiel is Mexican. That is not the reason for Trump’s complaint. The Judge is a member of the California La Raza Lawyer’s Association in San Diego. Its co-founder has made many statements that are pure racism. Mario Obledo says whites can go back to Europe when California becomes a Mexican State. Nothing Trump said can match this for bias, The Judge is guilty by association.”

LD18 Larry Hilliard: A recent email from Democrat Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema stated, "The Supreme Court is set to deliver its opinion on a huge reproductive health case this month. If the Court rules against women’s reproductive health care access in this case, it will set a dangerous precedent. We can’t let these lawmakers chip away at women’s rights."  You'd think as a representative that she would know the justices are not the lawmakers!

As the June LD27 meeting approaches, folks wonder if Chairman Ron Harder will allow PC Art Olivas to take photos during the meeting. Political chatter reports Harder and Olivas had a little dust up over Harder banning Olivas from taking photos, but allowed PC Alice Lara to take pictures at the May meeting. Harder and Olivas have been at it for about a year over various issues.

The-Clintons-University-Problem-Laureate-Education-Lawsuits-Present-Problem-For-Clintons …While largely ignored by the media, the Clintons have their own university scandal. Donald Trump has been criticized and sued over his defunct Trump University. … However, the national media has been accused of again sidestepping a scandal involving the Clintons. The scandal involves a dubious Laureate Education for-profit online college (Walden) and entails many of the common elements with other Clinton scandals: huge sums given to the Clintons and questions of conflicts with Hillary Clinton during her time as Secretary of State. There are distinctions to draw between the two stories, but the virtual radio silence on the Clinton/Laureate story is surprising. LD15 Jackie Phillips In response to Activist Anita Christy and others:   The Lord  provides two different types of rulers , one type for Blessing , one type for judgment.   We have had almost 8 years of Obama and yet we have not repented and turned back to God. Until we do as the scriptures tell us in 2 Chronicles 7:14 he will not heal our land.Scriptures also tells us what the guide lines are for choosing leaders. The Lord demands a higher standard.   Trump does not measure up and I will not give him or Hillary a pass. Read 1 Timothy 3:1-13

Update From Az Citizens Defense League: On Thursday, June 9, The Federal Ninth Circuit Court Of Appeals ruled in Peruita v. San Diego that the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution (the amendment that says your right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed) does not apply to “concealed” carry.  They even went so far as to say they weren’t sure that the Second Amendment allows you to open carry. The pretzel logic used by the Ninth Circuit is a set up for a Supreme Court challenge.  With only eight justices currently on the Supreme Court, the four liberal ones will be eager to use this decision to eviscerate the Second Amendment.   It could quickly get worse.  Whoever gets elected President this November will be filling the Supreme Court vacancy left by Justice Scalia, and very likely a few more during their first term, based on the age and health of the remaining justices. Our next President will have the power to impact Supreme Court decisions for decades.  Remember this when you vote in November.  Sitting out this election is in reality a vote for someone who is most likely going to appoint hard core socialists to the Court.  Not voting is surrendering. Arizona Impact: While Ninth Circuit rulings apply to Arizona at the federal level, because the Arizona Constitution also protects your right to bear arms, this ruling, and even the Second Amendment itself, have virtually no impact on Arizona state firearm laws.  However, that doesn’t mean your rights can’t be attacked and undermined at the state level. Like the Ninth Circuit did on June 9, an Arizona appellate court in 1990 ruled that, despite the Arizona Constitution saying that your right to bear arms shall not be impaired, you do not have a right to carry “concealed.”  The Arizona Supreme Court declined to review the ruling, making it the law in Arizona.  In 1994, the Arizona Legislature, instead of simply affirming that you have a right to carry openly or discreetly, declared that if you expected your clothing to cover your firearm you were required to undergo training, testing, fingerprinting and a background check to apply for the privilege to carry “concealed.”  In 2010, AzCDL was successful in restoring your right to carry without begging for government permission.

More AzCDL Update: Elections Have Consequences - While the Arizona Constitution prevents the Peruta ruling from impacting us in Arizona, it won’t protect us if the federal government criminalizes the private transfer of firearms. There is at least one candidate for President who has clearly stated their intention to do just that.  Maybe that’s why Bloomberg has not attempted a ballot measure in Arizona this year?  If the national election goes the way he wants it to, he won’t need to conquer Arizona.  The feds will do it for him.  Only you can prevent this from happening.  Vote in November! The Bloomberg Countdown - There are less than 27 days left to meet the July 7 deadline for filing ballot measures and submitting petitions in Arizona.  Almost 6,000 signatures would need to be obtained every day in order to meet the petition requirements.  We’re not ready to do the happy dance, but it’s looking more certain that Bloomberg will delay his attack on Arizona until the 2018 election season.  Maybe he’s banking on the federal election?  What are you going to do about it?  Vote! -- Arizona Citizens Defense League (AzCDL), an all-volunteer, non-profit, non-partisan grassroots organization.

An Attorney For Bryan Pagliano, the shady Clinton aide who set up former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server, vowed this week that his client would plead the Fifth Amendment when questioned by the watchdog group Judicial Watch. “The potential for self-incrimination here is sufficient to justify Mr. Pagliano’s intention to assert his Fifth Amendment rights,”  wrote attorney Mark MacDougall, according to the Washington Free Beacon. Judicial Watch recently won permission to interrogate Pagliano at a deposition hearing for a public records lawsuit it filed earlier this year. However, he apparently does not intend to cooperate.

Arizona Needs 10,000 Qualified Individuals Who Will Work On Election Day. The 2016 election cycle is going to be busier than ever as America elects a new President. This means Arizona could see record levels of voter participation. With more than 1,500 polling locations and seven positions needed per location, Secretary of State Michele Reagan is urging Arizonans to become an integral part of the process and join the ranks of those who serve as paid poll workers. “As we approach the August and November elections it’s possible that more Arizona voters participate in the process than we have seen in a long time,” said Reagan.  “The simple truth is that poll workers are on the front lines of our democracy as they ensure our elections are run efficiently and fairly.  Compensation varies, but each county pays their workers for their service. With more than 3.3 million registered voters in Arizona, voter turnout could reach 80 percent in the General Election with more than 2 million voters participating.  With thousands of polling places scattered in every corner of the state, I would encourage those who would like to have a front row seat on election day to contact their local election officials and find out how they can get involved.” “To sign up as a poll worker, or to learn more about qualifications, training, responsibilities and compensation visit: www.azsos.gov or sign up: http://bit.ly/24AhNfy.

Secretary of State Michele Reagan-Wont-Issue-Updated-Manual-Election-Workers ahead of the 2016 primary and general elections despite a legal requirement that it be done, her office said this week. The manual, referred to as the “Election Bible” by poll workers, describes in layman’s terms how to carry out elections. It includes directions on the use of election equipment and instructions ranging from how to assist voters to how to establish polling places and handle spoiled ballots.

Measles Traced To Detention Center For many months, conservatives and Republicans have been trying to warn the public that the incoming flood of immigrants, coupled with our existing illegal immigration problem, posed a serious health risk to America. Now it looks like these warnings were correct as the Casa Grande Dispatch has reported that an outbreak of measles in Arizona has been traced to the local detention facility for illegal immigrants. There are now 11 confirmed cases of measles, and it is likely that more cases will continue to be reported.

Clinton Emails May Have Compromised Names Of CIA Agents The names of CIA personnel could have been compromised not only by hackers who may have penetrated Hillary Clinton's private computer server or the State Department system, but also by the release itself of tens of thousands of her emails, security experts say.
