Senate Conservatives Fund President Ken Cuccinelli II cut loose on Senate Majority Leader Mitch Mitchell in a fundraising letter yesterday morning. Cuccinelli blasts McConnell for praising Hillary Clinton “Just one day after the House Select Committee on Benghazi issued a scathing report’ exposing her incompetence and dishonesty, McConnell (R-KY) praised her, saying "She’s an intelligent and capable person, no question about it.” Cuccinelli continued, “It is outrageous that a GOP leader would say something so destructive to his own party. It's almost as if he hopes Clinton wins so he can keep cutting liberal deals with her.” McConnell is also helping Colorado Democrat Senator Michael Bennett (D-CO) after retired Air Force Lt. Col. Darryl Glenn (R-CO) won the nomination in June, McConnell refused to endorse Glenn and even had his operatives at the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) say it's "very unlikely" that they will do anything to help Glenn defeat Bennet. Glenn's a conservative outsider who won't support McConnell's liberal deals with the Democrats. Support Darryl Glenn, We don't need any more Republicans in the Senate who vote to raise the debt limit, increase taxes, and fund Obamacare, Planned Parenthood, and executive amnesty. McConnell would rather let a Democrat win than have another conservative in the Senate who will stand up to him and fight for our principles. It's just as bad as when McConnell refused to campaign against Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) in 2010 because of senatorial courtesy… Cuccinelli is a former Virginia Attorney General

Dale Gohr of Clarkdale: Tuesday on CNN Paul Ryan sounded supportive of Trump; until he got questions from two ‘Anti-Trump Republican Convention Delegates,” then he made it quite clear that he is ready to jump on board if they can get the convention contested by the “So-Called” Convention Rules Committee establishing Rules so the “Delegates can Vote their Conscience” instead of having to vote their State’s public voters pledged votes for “Presidential Candidate”. On April 17, 2016 I wrote a letter in which I equated the Republican Convention to the Super Bowl or the World Series. In 2012 the Rules were changed to “block” any chance for Ron Paul to upset their ‘Romney’ pick; now the Establishment Republicans/Anti-Trump Delegates have joined forces to “Derail Trump’s Overwhelming Public Popularity” by allowing the “establishment backed delegates” (a lot of whom are Ted Cruz supporters) to avoid the “State Pledge Vote” in the First Round by abstaining. The Cruz Supporters think they will then be able to insert Ted Cruz in as the Nominee. The Delegates choosing to “dishonor the pledge” is not surprising; because that seems to be the trend in today’s society allowing of Elected Officials to use something other than the Holy Bible in taking their “Oath of Office”. How the mainstream news media manages to brand Trump the way they do is amazing to me. ‘Hitler’s NAZI Regime’ claimed: “If you say something loud enough and long enough it will be believed to be fact. All of the things, which they besmirch Donald Trump for is the safety, sanctity, security and sovereignty of the citizenry, individual states and of the USA; along with our Allies. None of this is: racist, homophobic or islamophobic. WAKE UP AMERICA; do not believe the Liberal news media.

At The Memorial Service for the police officers in Dallas, President Obama behaved like a jackass. The man who laments the partisan rancor in Washington and who admits he helped contribute to it, could not help but politically grandstand on stage at a memorial service for murdered policemen. What makes it worse is that he lied to grandstand. He uttered a great political talking point that is not even true and I assume he knows it is not even true. He claimed it is easier for teenagers to get Glocks than computers or even books. That is simply not true… See more president-behaved-like-a-jackass

Congressman Paul A. Gosar after his amendment prohibiting funds for the Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) to continue restricting tubing, waterskiing and wake boarding in a ½ mile area on Lake Havasu passed the House and was successfully attached to the Department of Interior, Environment and Related Agencies Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2017: “I’m pleased to see the House pass my bipartisan amendment and instruct the Service to reopen Lake Havasu for all users. The irresponsible and arbitrary boating restrictions made by the Service in May of 2015 should alarm all Americans who value the Rule of Law and a government that is accountable to the people it serves. It is unconscionable that an unlawful press release has closed an area on Lake Havasu for more than a year. There is no danger to wildlife or public safety by reopening an area utilized by recreational enthusiasts for decades. Arizona’s state wildlife management agency has stated that this closure was not warranted, that there is no safety issue and that the impacts to recreation from continuing this closure could be significant. This ½ mile area is a place where families taught their children to ski and wakeboard. Several special needs children no longer have a safe place for these activities. Instead, these restrictions have created a safety risk as more people have been confined to a smaller space with boats traveling 70 miles per hour. The Lake Havasu community and the House of Representatives have spoken with a clear, bipartisan voice and demanded that the Service reopen our lake. I will not rest until the people’s voice is heard and the agency moves the buoys back.”
Congressman Matt Salmon has announced the 13th bill in his 2016 Shrink our Spending Initiative to highlight and cut wasteful taxpayer-funded programs. Upon introduction of his latest bill to end the EPA’s “Environmental Justice” grants, Salmon said: “This week, as the final bill in my 2016 SOS Initiative, I’m proposing we cut a grant program designed by environmental extremists that primarily serves as a pet slush fund for state and local environmental lobby projects—things that should not only be left to state and local governments, but also to citizens concerned for their neighborhoods. Litter cleanups and gardens are not an area requiring federal dollars borrowed on the backs of future generations of Americans. This has to stop. ”Background: The Environmental Justice Small Grants program was created by the Environmental Protection Agency in 1994 to address environmental justice issues in communities around the country. Since then, the mission of this program has grown to fund projects that are solely local in nature, such as neighborhood litter cleanups, urban gardening, composting, and the effects of urban sprawl and automobile dependence, totaling more than $24 million. Eliminating funding for the Environmental Justice Small Grant program in the EPA would save $12 million over 10 years. Background on Salmon’s SOS Initiative: In 2014, Salmon began a program to identify and cut wasteful spending government-wide, because he knew every federal department, office, and agency has wasteful spending within their budgets. The program was called the “Shrink Our Spending” Initiative and aimed at finding $1.5 billion in wasteful spending. In 2015, the initiative identified and cut over $3 billion in government waste.
Congressman Martha McSally has launched a Congressional working group to expand opportunity for women. Labeledl the Working Group on Women in the 21st Century Workforce, the group of Republican lawmakers will take an in-depth look at the root causes for the challenges women face and identify solutions to address them. “I grew up being told you could be whatever you want to be, but the reality is, today, women still face barriers to achieving their full potential simply because of their gender,” said McSally, group Chairwoman. “Every woman and girl out there deserves the full opportunity to achieve her dreams. That’s why this working group will listen to women, thought leaders, and experts to examine the root causes holding women back and identify solutions that can actually make a difference. I thank Chairman Messer for partnering on this effort and for his leadership on the Policy Committee to take on this issue. I look forward to working with him and all the members of the working group to help empower women with the opportunity they deserve.” In a post on BlogHer, McSally discussed her motivation for starting the working group and the group’s goals and purpose. CD4 candidate Ray Strauss: Probably the best known example of the little guy going against the big guy and winning is the story of David and Goliath. But there are plenty of other examples too, like the Tortoise and the Hare, the 1969 “Miracle” Mets beating the powerhouse Baltimore Orioles in the World Series, and the US Men’s Hockey team over the unbeatable Soviet Union in the 1980 Olympics. What these underdogs have in common is their trust in self, their determination, and their heart. When you believe in a cause and you have the will to fight on, therein lie the seeds of victory. When the cause is the future of this great nation, and the will to fight for it is strong, can there be any doubt that victory is within reach? Our cause is righteous, our will is strong, and victory awaits. raystrauss4congress
