If The New Black Panther Party decides to conduct armed “protests” outside the GOP convention next week, as they have announced, a group of bikers will have Trump’s six. In an interview with Breitbart, a Bikers for Trump organizer said that his group would do anything possible to make sure there wasn’t violence from armed agitators in Cleveland. You may have seen Bikers for Trump at rallies before. According to their Facebook page, their goal is to “promote and coordinate peaceful Bikers for Trump rallies and events nationwide and to inform voters on issues confronting America.”

LD20 State Committeeman Wes Harris: One of the major duties of the Maricopa County School Superintendent is the appointment of people to open School Governing Boards. Don Covey has a dismal history in this area - seldom appointing Republicans to these positions and more often than not appointing Teacher's Union members (which means Democrats). He is another example of candidates running under the Republican banner who are anything but Republicans in thought or action. Covey is proud of the fact that he appointed Alfredo Gutierrez one of the most notorious Democrat operatives in both the City of Phoenix and Maricopa County... I strongly urge you to vote against Covey and instead put a true Republican and Conservative Educator on the General Ballot...Jana Jackson.

Former LD22 PC Bryan Reilly: LD22 PC Karen Thomas’ recent comments about Maricopa County Recorder, Helen Purcell are interesting, albeit hypocritical. For 28 years, Helen Purcell has done an excellent job, in my opinion. The fact that Purcell recently made two glaring errors, acknowledged her errors, accepted responsibility for her errors and vowed to make improvements in her office, shows that Purcell is accountable to the public. Thomas mentions the $400,000 cost of the ballot error, which is peanuts, compared to the $240 million in fines, legal awards and fees that our octogenarian sheriff has cost Maricopa County over the past 24 years. And, that doesn’t include the estimated $50 million for the current Melendres v. Arpaio legal mess. If the dollar cost inflicted on taxpayers by politicians is the deciding factor for Thomas’ support for a candidate, I would question Thomas' loyal support for Sheriff Joe Arpaio as indicated to me in her emails. Thomas questions how a Republican could hire a Democrat for any reason. Sometimes a person is hired because of their qualifications, not their party affiliation. FBI Director Comey, a Republican, was picked by President Obama because of his qualifications. G.W. Bush selected Democrat, Norman Mineta for his cabinet. For the past 24 years, Maricopa County Republicans have voted for a former Democrat Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Thomas’ article concludes with this harsh comment: “Helen, since you’ve been in office since before the internet, it’s time to GET OUT! It isn’t a retirement home!” It appears to me that Thomas is not consistent in her choice of candidates.

US Senate candidate Alex Meluskey: On Wednesday, Mitt Romney’s attorneys sent Arizona Primary competitor Kelli Ward a cease and desist letter for reusing 2008 Romney ads, critical of John McCain. According to, TPM.com the letter stated that ‘"Romney for President has not authorized your use of its protected material… Your campaign has engaged in blatant infringement of RFP's protected work and must cease and desist immediately." “Most politicians have to get to DC before they steal from other people, apparently Kelli Ward is streamlining the process, said Joel Andres Frewa, spokesperson for Meluskey. “It’s going to take more than a cookie cutter campaign to beat McCain and Kirkpatrick.” The full letter can be found here. “Arizonians are looking for a fresh voice for the future of their state. If Ward needs further edification, she should feel free to take a look at our original ads.” The Arizona primary will be held on August 30, 2016. Small businessman, radio host and FAIRtax champion Alex Meluskey is running a grassroots campaign to take on sitting U.S. Senator John McCain in the Arizona Republican Primary in the same vein as now-Congressman Dave Brat’s historic 2014 takedown of House Majority Leader Eric Cantor. Meluskey is taking on the establishment in Washington, D.C. and an entrenched 5-term Senator at a time when America needs new ideas to solve our nation’s challenges.
