The AZGOP Has Managed To Rile Up A Bunch Of Republicans with the voter report card mailer that was recently distributed throughout Arizona. One Briefs caller is furious because a retired Air Force colonel was earmarked with an F. Offended, you bet – an F for spending a lifetime, God only knows where, defending the right to vote and other freedoms. See more at Arizona-Republican-Voter-Report-Card-Mailer Seems the Dems have a similar report card going, but they used stars instead of the humiliating F grade mark. - ft
Yesterday, 240 of President Ronald Reagan’s Alumni Advisory Council representatives announced their support for GOP Presidential Nominee Donald Trump. Where is the support from the rest of the GOP’s former President’s, their cabinet members, and the GOPe? Are they still pouting over Jeb Bush not getting the nomination? Or are they still in hopes of dumping Trump at the last minute for someone they can control?? - ft

"There Are Probably 100 FBI Agents who worked on the investigation of Mrs. Clinton-- hardworking men and women in field who gathered evidence and interviewed witnesses--...and are furious at the decision not to prosecute her," Napolitano said on The Kelly File. With Clinton On Defense, Trump Campaigns In Blue States Newly emboldened, Donald Trump is campaigning in traditionally Democratic states after the recent discovery of more emails that may be relevant to the FBI's investigation of Hillary Clinton's private system. Read full article »
Sen John McCain, US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Javier Palomarez will attend a Hispanic Business Forum and tour TPQ Foods at 9 am., Tues., Nov 1 in Phoenix.
Something to Ponder: For years, Sen John McCain slipped in and out of Arizona, meeting with select members of various communities without public notification or outsider invitation to these private gatherings. Since the AZGOP and several Arizona county committees censured McCain, Briefs has received numerous announcements that McCain is holding town halls/forums with employees of various companies throughout the state. How can employee meetings be considered “town halls” since town halls/forums are normally open to the public within a community? How are employees to openly ask questions knowing their supervisors are eye balling them and the questions they may ask? Hmmm…Aren’t these employee forums/town halls more like a “captive audience” event than a “town hall?” Too bad these private forums/townhalls aren’t “debates” where employees see both the GOP and Dem candidates face to face? – ft
Despite pressure from the Obama Justice Department to “stand down,” the FBI’s investigation of the Clinton Foundation for corruption is continuing with agents from four field offices across the country working the case. The Wall Street Journal reports: The split within the Justice Department and FBI over Clinton-related matters has been particularly apparent in the bureau’s investigation of the Clinton Foundation, the Clintons’ family philanthropy. As the email investigation wound down in July, the internal disagreements surrounding the foundation probe heated up, according to people familiar with the matter … Early this year, four FBI field offices—New York, Los Angeles, Washington and Little Rock, Ark.—were collecting information about the Clinton Foundation to see if there was evidence of financial crimes or influence-peddling, according to people familiar with the matter … According to a person familiar with the probes, on Aug. 12, a senior Justice Department official called Mr. McCabe to voice his displeasure at finding that New York FBI agents were still openly pursuing the Clinton Foundation probe, despite the department’s refusal to allow more aggressive investigative methods in the case. Mr. McCabe said agents still had the authority to pursue the issue as long as they didn’t use those methods. The Justice Department official was “very pissed off,” according to one person close to Mr. McCabe, and pressed him to explain why the FBI was still chasing a matter the department considered dead … Others further down the FBI chain of command, however, said agents were given a much starker instruction on the case: “Stand down.”
Top Clinton Aide Huma Abedin Is Facing Questions about whether she perjured herself given that these newly uncovered emails appear to contradict a legally-binding declaration she signed attesting she turned over all of her government records to the State Department when she left the agency. The Associated Press reports: “…The longtime Hillary Clinton aide at the center of a renewed FBI email investigation testified under oath four months ago she never deleted old emails, while promising in 2013 not to take sensitive files when she left the State Department … Abedin's testimony in the civil suit was complicated by a routine State Department document she signed under penalty of perjury in February 2013. She promised she would "turn over all classified or administratively controlled documents and materials" before she left her government job, and promised that she was not retaining copies, "including any diaries, memorandums of conversation or other documents of a personal nature." The document required her to give back all "unclassified documents and papers relating to the official business of the government acquired by me while in the employ of the department."
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) is open to comments until Dec 16, 2016 on its proposal to list two minnows, the headwater chub and a distinct population segment (DPS) of the roundtail chub in the Lower Colorado River Basin (Arizona and New Mexico), as threatened species under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). Specifically, USFWS seeks information on the genetics and the taxonomic classification of the two chubs and the related and already listed Gila chub. In proposing to list the two chubs in October 2015, the USFWS relied upon a comprehensive species status assessment. At that time, the American Fisheries Society and the American Society of Ichthyologists and Herpetologists Joint Committee on the Names of Fishes – the recognized authority on fish taxonomy – considered the headwater chub, roundtail chub and Gila chub to be separate species. In September, the Joint Committee found the three fishes are actually a single species – the roundtail chub. This new information could be of significant consequence in our final listing determination because our proposed rule reviewed these entities as separate species. This information was not previously included or considered in the proposed listing or made available to the public. Therefore, USFWS is re-opening the comment period for 45 days to allow consideration of this new information, as well as any other aspect of the proposed rule, prior to finalizing their decision, anticipated on or before April 7, 2017. Written comments and information concerning the proposed listing will be accepted until December 16, 2016. Comments previously submitted need not be resubmitted as they are already incorporated into the public record and will be fully considered in the final determinations. Comments and/or information may be submitted by:
· Federal eRulemaking Portal: http://www.regulations.gov, Submit comments on the listing proposal to Docket No. FWS–R2–ES–2015–0148; or

Floating the Internet: Too good not to share: Millions of trump supporters feel this way about Donald J. Trump.....
"We don't care if the guy swears... or how many times he's been married...or who he voted for, or what his income tax return shows. We want the problems fixed. Yes he's an egomaniac, but we don't care. We know he's not a racist, or bad to women, or all the other things the liberal media is trying to label him with. We know he's raised a good family, and that says a lot about him.
The country is a mess because politicians suck, the Republican Party is two faced & gutless, and illegals are everywhere and Muslims are openly trying to hurt this country and make the civilized world adjust to them. We want it all fixed!
We don't care that Trump is crude, we don't care that he has changed positions, we don't care that he fights with Megan Kelly, Rosie O'Donnell, and so many of the elected establishment.
We don't care that Rubio, Ryan, the Bush's, and so many other top old and new Republicans refuse to endorse him for their own selfish reasons, and we know what they are.
We don't care that he doesn't know the name of some Muslim terrorists, we don't care that he tried some businesses that didn't work out.
This country is weak, bankrupt, our enemies are making fun of us, we are being invaded by illegals, we are becoming a nation of victims, where every Tom, Ricardo and Hasid is a special group with special rights to a point where we don't even recognize the country we were born and raised in, AND WE JUST WANT IT FIXED. And TRUMP is the only guy who seems to understand what the people want.
We're sick of politicians, sick of the Democratic and Republican Party.
We're angry about the Iran deal, the budget, treatment of Israel, military weakness, lobbyists, special interests, overpaid politicians with their self serving bills and back room deals, trade deals, loss of jobs, manipulated economic numbers, businesses fleeing, and even the phoney pay for play Clinton Foundation.
Americans are no longer going to be fooled, and the movement is out to change the direction we're taking.
Trump may not be a saint, but he doesn't have lobbyist money holding him, he doesn't have political correctness restraining him, and all you know is that he has been very successful, a good negotiator, he has built a lot of things, he's flexible, and he's also not a politician. And he says he'll fix it. And we believe him because he is too much of an egotist to be proven wrong or looked at and called a liar.
Public service has become elected greed. This may be our only chance to have a non-politician, despite his flaws, try and correct the mess, at least for 4 years.
We must take the shot, because the consequences of putting Hillary Clinton in office are frightening.
