Coca Cola: Happiness Starts With A Smile Start Your Day With A Smile

LD23 Chairman Nancy Ordowski has verified reports that the district faces major expenses resulting from its differences  with former AZGOP Chairman Robert Graham’s challenge to seat 119 state delegates at the January AZGOP mandatory meeting. LD23 and Graham came to an agreement a couple of days before the convention, resulting in all 119 LD23 delegates being seated. The Yellow Sheet reported the district still owes “roughly $17,000” of the $26,000 in legal fees. Ordowski has received some contributions and is planning fundraisers.

Precinct Committeemen are shaking their heads over newly elected AZGOP Secretary Gabby Saucer-Mercer and newly elected AZGOP State Treasurer Bob Lettieri not being allowed access the minutes and the treasury reports since their Jan 28 elections. More and more questions surface as this delay continues. Current Compliance Officer and former long-time State Treasurer Timothy Lee says records cannot be released from the AZGOP Headquarters until an audit is completed.

Hillary 'Fingered' As 'Inside Threat' By US Army's Training Program The informative documents were obtained by Judicial Watch officials in response to a Jan. 11, 2017, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia seeking this specific PowerPoint presentation on operational security delivered to U.S. soldiers at Fort Leonard Wood under the command of Major General Kent D. John-McCain-Takes-On-Donald-Trump How Many Chances Do You Get to Be an American Hero? John McCain (ambivalently, agonizingly) takes on the president. “John McCain was hustling down the hallway in the Russell Senate Office Building with the purpose of an Aaron Sorkin character. It was not yet two weeks into Donald Trump’s presidency, and McCain had already become the fiercest Republican critic of the new administration…”

Backstabbing-John-McCain-Tears-Trumps, US-In Europe: ‘Oh-AZ-What Have You Done?’John McCain’s globalist worldview, one that has, among other futile endeavors, gotten the United States into a pointless war with Iraq, is radically different from that of Donald Trump. And yet despite its failures internationally, internally, and at the ballot box, instead of learning and switching to something that actually works, the Arizona senator has taken virtually every opportunity to take shots at Trump…

Lewis-Nappers-Bill-Of-No-Rights We, the sensible people of the United States, in an attempt to help everyone get along, restore some semblance of justice, avoid any more riots, keep our nation safe, promote positive behavior, and secure the blessings of debt-free liberty to ourselves and our descendants, hereby try one more time to ordain and establish some common sense guidelines for the terminally whiny, guilt ridden, delusional, and other proponents of socialism and or authoritarianism.
We hold these truths to be self-evident: that many people are confused by the Bill of Rights and apparently require a Bill of No Rights.
ARTICLE I: You do not have the right to a new car, big screen TV or any other form of wealth. More power to you if you can legally acquire them, but no one is guaranteeing anything.
ARTICLE II: You do not have the right to never be offended. This country was based upon freedom, and that means freedom for everyone-not just you! You may leave the room, turn the channel, express a different opinion, etc., but the world is full of dolts, and probably always will be.
ARTICLE III: You do not have the right to be free of harm. If you stick a screwdriver in your eye, learn to be more careful; do not expect the tool manufacturer to make you and all your relatives independently wealthy.
ARTICLE IV: You do not have the right to free food and housing. Americans are the most charitable people to be found, and will gladly help anyone in need, but we are quickly growing weary of subsidizing generation after generation of professional couch potatoes who will achieve nothing more than the creation of another generation of professional couch potatoes.
ARTICLE V: You do not have the right to free healthcare, regardless of what Hillary thinks. That would be nice, but from the looks of public housing, we're just not interested in public health care.
ARTICLE VI: You do not have the right to physically harm other people. If you kidnap, rape, intentionally maim, or kill someone, don't be surprised if the rest of us want to see you fry in the electric chair.
ARTICLE VII: You do not have the right to the possessions of others. If you rob, cheat or coerce away the goods or services of other citizens, don't be surprised if the rest of us get together and lock you away in a place where you won't have the right to big screen color TV or life of leisure.
ARTICLE VIII: You don't have the right to demand that our children risk their lives in foreign wars to soothe your aching conscience. We hate oppressive governments and won't lift a finger to stop you from going to fight if you'd like. However, we do not enjoy parenting the entire world and do not want to spend so much of our time battling each and every little tyrant with a military uniform and a funny hat.
ARTICLE IX: You don't have the right to a job. All of us want all of you to have one, and will gladly help you along in hard times, but we expect you to take advantage of the opportunities of education and vocational training laid before you to make yourself useful.

Arizona Citizens Defense League (AzCDL) Alert: HCR 2029 is scheduled for a House Appropriations Committee hearing on Wed, Feb 22.  HCR 2029 is a proposed constitutional amendment that would require ballot measure petitions to have a specific percentage of signatures from each legislative district in the state.  Current petition requirements are based simply on the state population regardless of location, making it possible for districts with large urban populations to override the will of voters in less populated districts.  As the saying goes, "Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for lunch."  That's the effect of Arizona's current ballot petitioning requirements. Please log into your RTS accounts and urge the committee members to vote for the passage of HCR 2029.  instructions on using RTS.  If you need assistance in setting up an RTS account, contact Fred at

The Caucus anticipates being very active on legislation this Congress.

Congresswoman Martha McSally recently was appointed the Vice Chair of the Readiness Subcommittee on the House Armed Services Committee. The subcommittee is responsible for the single largest account within the Department of Defense’s budget and oversees such issues as military readiness, training, logistics and maintenance, and military construction. “I’m honored to be appointed to a leadership role on the House subcommittee that provides oversight of our military readiness,” said McSally. “The atrophying of our military over recent years has created a readiness crisis – putting our troops and national security at risk. I stand ready to use the experience I gained through 26 years in the military to help restore our readiness and ensure our troops have what they need to complete their mission.” In addition to her Vice Chair role on the Readiness Subcommittee, Rep. McSally serves on the Tactical Air and Land Forces Subcommittee and Military Personnel Subcommittee on the House Armed Services Committee. She served 26 years in the U.S. Air Force, including six assignments to the Middle East and Afghanistan, and oversaw counterterrorism missions for the continent of Africa. Last week, McSally questioned top Pentagon officials about the readiness of the F-35 and its role in carrying out Close Air Support missions.
