7-Million-Voter-Registrations-Duplicated-Multiple-States New Study Finds 7.2 Million Individuals Possibly Registered In Two States At The Same Time

Steve Chucri, District 2 Maricopa County Board of Supervisors: Happy Memorial Day - As we prepare to celebrate the Memorial Day holiday, let us pause to reflect upon the selfless men and women who have honorably served our nation and state and made the ultimate sacrifice to allow us our freedom. We pay tribute to their memory and remain forever indebted to them for their service. We remember those Arizonans currently serving, both at home and abroad, and continue to pray for their safe return. As a way to say “thanks for your service” I encourage you to volunteer with Vets’ Community Connections (VCC), an initiative designed to respond to relocation and reintegration questions for veterans and their family members. I hope you and your family have a safe and happy Memorial Day weekend.

Special Live Edition of the ' cost-of-freedom ' as President Trump wraps up his overseas trip with a closing speech to US troops.

Alex Meluskey, Chairman with America’s Veterans: In 1814 Francis Scott Key penned our Star Spangled banner while watching the British bombard Fort Henry for 25 hours. Many know the first verse, which is sung thousands of times each day across this nation. I’d like to point out the fourth verse of our national anthem, and remind us all that if we do stand together for this Republic, we shall remain freemen.

O thus be it ever when freemen shall stand
Between their lov’d home and the war’s desolation!
Blest with vict’ry and peace may the heav’n rescued land
Praise the power that hath made and preserv’d us a nation!
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto - “In God is our trust,”
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave.

We shall remain freemen as long as we have our Brothers and Sisters that are willing to take the oath without any reservation to protect us.Thank you and God Bless those that have made the ultimate sacrifice to keep us freemen. Because of you, we still stand. Alex Meluskey www.cav.vet

“America as the Last Man Standing” by Geert Wilders, a Dutch Member of Parliament.  It tells of what he calls the “Islamization of Europe” and warns that the United States is “the last bastion of Western civilization, facing an Islamic Europe.” Wilders is the chairman Party for Freedom in the Netherlands and delivered this speech on September 25, 2008 at the Four Seasons in New York.  Click here for the complete speech.

CONGRESSIONAL STATEMENTS/ACTION

(300 word limit. If statements exceed the limit, it will be edited)

Congressman Paul Gosar: This past week, I hosted our latest installment of the Western Caucus Monthly Member Meeting and Speaker Series with Special Guest EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt. These roundtables are a unique opportunity for our members to meet with key members of the administration to discuss issues that are unique to their districts and the Western Caucus. Congressional Western Caucus Chairman Paul A. Gosar and Western Caucus members Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (CA-23), Rep. Doug LaMalfa, and Rep. Rick Crawford (AR-01) issued the following statements in reaction to the White House Budget that was released today: “While no budget is perfect, I am pleased to see a serious proposal from the White House to tackle our country’s spending crisis and put us on sustainable path toward economic growth,” said Gosar. “Unlike the pipe-dream proposals put forth by the Obama Administration, this budget is grounded in sound policy and fiscal responsibility. Kudos to the Trump Administration for reducing bureaucratic blight within the EPA, supporting a true all-of-the-above energy strategy and providing much needed relief to rural communities and local stakeholders.”
