So each PC should be able to ask their LD chair who their rep was. The bylaw changes must be presented to the EGC prior to being finalized. That was done at the last two meetings and the changes are now finalized.”

Rep. Trent Franks To NFL Players protesting the American flag and anthem:  “NFL players protesting our flag and anthem at their football games are arrogant and overpaid Lilliputians who dishonor America while their betters are out dying on the battlefield to keep it secure for them and the rest of us. I encourage NFL fans to hold the league and its players accountable by shunning them when they fail to respect a noble flag that countless valiant Americans in uniform have died in darkness to protect so that the light of freedom could continue to burn in the world.”

Congressman Trent Franks: Following The Free Democratic Referendum For Kurdish Independence, authoritarian regimes in Iraq, Iran, Turkey and Syria have vowed to oppose a Kurdish state. “There exists a malevolent axis forming in desperate opposition of a free and independent Kurdistan – the so-called ‘Gang of Four’ includes the authoritarian regimes in Iran, Turkey and Syria and the weak government in Baghdad. Is the rest of the world going to turn a blind eye to the noble Kurdish people as they are beset with blockades, embargos and possible military interventions? We in the United States must lead the free world and defend legitimate nations beset by existential threats to their self-determination. As such, I condemn the posture Baghdad, Turkey, Iran and Syria has taken towards our ally, the Kurds. I will do everything in my power to ensure this bullying will not go unanswered.”

PC/talk show host Clair Van Steenwyky: I've been asked to give endorsements and learned early on to be very selective and always do my homework before handing them out to anyone who asked.  Endorsements have many purposes, and of course the person soliciting the endorsements is hoping to influence voters familiar with the endorser will at least give them a look or even better Financial Support and Votes.  The endorsers reasons for handing out endorsements has its' benefits as well, it makes them at times look like an informed celebrity or office holder and may even gain them new viewers, listeners or supporters and future favors as well. Editor’s Note: Van can be heard at 3 pm., Wednesdays at http://tobtr.com/s/10320709 He can be reached at Vanscrossroads@gmail.com
