LD24 PC Tristan Manos: Alan Korwin and I shot this video the other day. Seeing the sad and tragic mass murder at that church earlier today (Sunday), we've moved up the posting date for this timely public service entitled alan Korwin: 'Why Do You Need An AR-15?' Tom Morrissey, Past Chairman AZ GOP: After all the fanfare and media support of the Communist Party organized Antifa demonstrations on Saturday throughout the country the only place they drew a crowd (2000) was in the People's Republic of California.  Surprise! Surprise!  Everywhere else this "massive demonstration of resistance" was a total Nothing Burger. What it shows is that maybe the Left doesn't have the fire in the belly to actually show up for anything they are not getting paid to attend. (Could Soros be running out of money?)  Or could it be that they feel they were played by the DNC when Bernie Sanders had the nomination stolen from him? No matter what, this was a big fizzle and maybe an indication that the tide may be turning in the Right direction. We, in Payson, demonstrated Saturday morning - but our demonstration on Route 87 was in support of our President and his plan to cut taxes.  This group was not prodded to show up by the media.  Nor were we paid one penny for doing it. And we got many "Thumbs Up" and loud beeps from passing motorists.

Veteran Frank Riggs: "A reflection as we approach Veterans Day: It was a true honor, as a U.S. Congressman, to nominate high school seniors for appointment to the five military academies: United States Military Academy — Army; United States Naval Academy — Navy and Marine Corps; United States Coast Guard Academy; United States Merchant Marine Academy; and United States Air Force Academy. These young men and women showed amazing potential and reassured my faith in their generation. Each of them was very impressive and patriotic, and had a heart for serving our country. They understood that it's up to each generation to preserve the greatness of America! I told them at the time, as an Army veteran myself, I would have been proud to serve under their leadership! If you're ever doubtful about "these young people today," look no further than the aspiring leaders attending our military academies!"

Political Activist Lolly Hathhorn:  “In watching the news this weekend, I found myself (and my husband) being sooo DISGUSTED with the comments that Bush 41 and 43 made.  The audacity of 41 to say that he voted for Crooked Hillary tells me that he is NOT a true Republican!  If he did not want to vote for my President Trump, he could have just left it alone rather than vote for a DemocRAT (and a crooked one at that).  One World Order is their (41 and 43) agenda.  Since low-energy Jeb Bush could not even win the State of Florida, there was no way he could win anything else.  How sad to see all the swampers stick together.  Mr. President, thank you for starting to drain the SWAMP that is called Republicans In Name Only, i.e., Flake, McCain, Graham, McConnell, etc.  May GOD Bless America, our troops and, of course, my President, Donald J. Trump.  I stand for the flag since our dead heroes no longer can!

Arizona Town Crier Jim Ehl: The current AZ GOP bylaws spell out pretty clearly the method for amending the AZ GOP bylaws. “B. Method of Amending Bylaws:  An amendment to these bylaws may be proposed at any meeting called in accordance with these bylaws. A copy of the proposed amendment together with a statement explaining the purpose to be achieved and the reasons in support thereof shall be mailed to each member by the secretary with the notice of call for that meeting. A two-thirds vote of the members present in person or by proxy shall be necessary to pass any motion to amend.”

Simply, 1.A proposed amendment with an explanation of purpose, didn’t say by whom, when nor preapproved by anyone, SHALL be mailed to each member (that means in our case, state committeemen) by the secretary.  That means the secretary of the AZ GOP!  And, a notice of call for that meeting.  The secretary need no cooperation nor permission from anyone to do this!  If the secretary can’ fulfill the secretary’s duties, then the secretary should resign!  So far the Secretary hasn’t answered as to how this will be handled.  A secret??

    2.  Remember, the bylaws state, “An amendment to these bylaws may be proposed at ANY meeting called in accordance with these bylaws”  Now, there are three meetings defined in the bylaws, Statutory, Mandatory, and Special.  Therefore, the appropriate meeting called in accordance with these bylaws would be the Mandatory since it is just around the corner, so to speak.  This gives the members time to study the amendments at their pleasure,

    3.  A two thirds vote of the members present in person or by proxy shall be necessary to pass or amend”  That, obviously, means that every proposed amendment is up for a yes or no vote BY THE MEMBERSHIP!!

Perhaps some of the apathetic members and laid back county chairs now know what a mess the state chair and his appointments have made of this procedure.  The bylaws state, “3. Appointive Officers The state chairman shall appoint a chaplain, finance chairman, general counsel, registration chairman, education chairman and such other officers, may be helpful from time to time: all to serve at his pleasure.”, (who are they??) and for committees the bylaws state, “C. Other Committees The state chairman may appoint such other committees as may be desirable from time to time.”   One must notice that nowhere is a Bylaws chair, Executive Director, political Coordinator, nor Communications Director is stated in the bylaws nor any duties or responsibilities given.  Does ‘all to serve at his pleasure’ or “other committees as may be desirable from time to time.” mean to do his work instead of him???  Again, their duties and responsibilities?? From the feed back received we are still headed down hill like a snowball headed for hell.  If you don’t give a damn, why are you a state committeemen??

Congressman Trent Franks will be attending former LD13 Chairman Dr Robert Branch and his wife Adele’s annual 1-5 pm., Sat., Nov 11 Veteran’s Day BBQ fundraiser to benefit local Veterans in conjunction with Fighter Country Partnership and Fighter Country Foundation (Luke AFB)at 18331 W.
