6-3-17 Briefs

Republican Briefs

In July 2017, the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records will begin relocating collections from the library space in the 1938 Addition of the Capitol to the Polly Rosenbaum Building adjacent to the state capitol complex. The collection of the Research Library at the Capitol contains more than one million items, including legal materials, state publications, patent and trademark resources, and federal documents in its role as a Regional Federal Depository Library. In keeping with the State Library’s mission of “Providing Access, Preserving Arizona”, this move will streamline public access to the library and archives collections in a single easily accessible location, while ensuring unique collections are preserved for the future. The full transition will take approximately one year; however, public services will not be interrupted, and Digital Arizona Library collections are always available online

Get Well Wishes To AzRA East Valley Chapter president Gene Dufoe, who has been in the hospital. You can send him a cheerful note at He’ll be calling a AzRA East Valley meeting when he is back on the ‘well’ list.

LD23 PC Gina Swoboda: Update on Orientation Sessions - “The July 8th Orientation has 38 seats left if anyone would like to pass the link along. get-involved-orientation-session-july-registration. Thank you so much everybody! The Democrats are heavily funded and energized by their epic loss. I know they stand no chance against us when we stay engaged in the process.”

Reports That Former AZGOP Chairman Robert Graham attended the Republican National Committee (RNC) in California about a month ago and told attendees that he was considering running for Arizona US Senate remain unconfirmed. Graham has not responded to Briefs 5-3-17 inquiry about the reports. Graham was with AZGOP Chairman Jonathan Lines and his wife Rosalie in Hawaii last week attending the 50th Commemoration of the Vietnam War Veterans in Hawaii.

Coconino County Republican Chairman Jeff Oravits is hosting a “Let’s Have Breakfast” chat on current events at 7:45 am., Wed., June 7 at the Village Inn in east Flagstaff. He’ll buy the coffee.

Trump Supporter Vern Correa recently received a “Quilt of Valor” for service in the US Army Special Forces. Correa, who was born and raised in Hawaii, frequently spoke passionately of his love for the US at the “Believers For Trump” meetings at Lydia’s Restaurant in Wickenburg prior to the 2016 Presidential election. Correa has four children, Kamuela, Moana, Ikaika and Kani, who live in Hawaii and Idaho. Correa, his wife Kimberly, and seven year old son Haze reside in the Wickenburg area.

Former AZ PC Wayne Blair: Brian (O’Reilly), I see that your friend the current sheriff of MC is also a LaRaza supporter. What a shame for Maricopa County to have a man like this guy. I can remember Tom Horne working to stop LaRaza in the Tuscon School District and the problems that the LaRaza people were causing. How times have change. Editor’s Note: The Spanish term raza translates as "race" or "people", Spanish raza having the meaning of "race, ethnicity; breed, strain, lineage". See  Blair refers to The National Council of La Raza (NCLR)’s annual conference will be held July 8-11 in the Convention Center in Phoenix featuring Phoenix Suns head coach Earl Waston, prize winning journalist Sandra Guzman, Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone, and 2016 US Olympic gold medalist Laurie Hernandez.

Nohl Rosen has posted an online "bring-president-trump-to-wickenburg, AZ" petition Rosen said, “We would like President Trump to come to Wickenburg, AZ for a visit and for a rally. The town voted overwhelmingly for President Trump during the election and we believe deserves a presidential visit instead of the big city.” When asked who is sponsoring the petition, and who would be paying for security if Trump made the visit, Rosen said, he posted the petition to see if we can get him to come. Coconino County Republican Chairman Jeff Oravits: The Flagstaff City Council is poised to raise the city portion of your property taxes and has the authority to raise it by as much as 12% this year.  Several months back council agreed to raise taxes the maximum allowable under AZ law.  That's 14% over a two year period.  So the agreement, although not formally voted on yet, was to raise it 7% this year and 7% next year.  Flagstaff City Councilman Scott Overton was the lone no vote. The other 6 members, lead by Mayor Coral Evans and Eva Putzova were joined by Celia Barotz, Jim McCarthy, Jamie Whelan and Charlie Odegaard in agreement over the two year maximum 14% increase.

Activist Stephen Sivigliano: How many times has the Donald made a decision that saves the world and/or helps to make America great again?  By pulling out of the Paris accord, he did it once more. Let all those loony tunes who criticize him charter another boat to prove the "ice cap is disappearing," only to get stuck once more in ice that NASA said wasn't there----the same NASA O’bummer ordered to create a new dialogue with muslims as their primary agenda, instead of focusing only on Space, which is what they are supposed to do. All those crazies are screaming impeachment or beheading the one guy who can get us unstuck from BHO's socialistic quicksand.  I can only imagine how much screaming will happen when he puts klanned parenthoodlums in their place.  Maybe they'll hire a professional hit man, and find a patsy (Oswald-style) to take the rap.  They have more than enough cash to hire the best mercenary available, and set him up for life in some cushy foreign embassy.

The Secretary of State’s office and Iron Mountain Inc. have teamed up to begin a new era in Arizona’s records management program. By utilizing Iron Mountain’s technology and multiple storage locations, the AZSOS Records Management Center will give state agencies and all public bodies a cost effective records management storage solution. “This public private partnership with Iron Mountain will enable our customers to protect and better use their information so they can keep stored data updated and easier to access 24/7,” said Secretary Michelle Reagan. “Combined with the enhanced security and reduced costs our state agencies can be more efficient while saving money.” azsos/press-releases

Warren Woodward of Sedona: Part II -- EKG Proof That "Smart" Meters Affect The Human Heart. Some people weren't satisfied that my last video was proof enough that "smart" meters affect the human heart. They want to see me get tortured repeatedly, and they want to see others get tortured. According to one skeptic, i may have had a condition that just happened to coincide with the "smart" meter transmission. How did he know my secret? I must confess i do have a condition. It's called being healthy, and what the video showed is what happens when a healthy heart gets zapped by a "smart" meter. Part II Of EKG Proof That "Smart" Meters Affect The Human Heart shows that the results of the first video are repeatable. There's another victim in the video too, so it should be obvious to all that "smart" meters affect everyone. If it's not obvious to you then hook yourself up to an EKG and hang out near a "smart" meter; I've done it enough. Some people were also concerned that the "smart" meter may have interfered with the EKG device itself and not the human heart. So we have a segment showing what happens when the "smart" meter transmits with the ekg running but with no human hooked up to it. Spoiler Alert: nothing happens! Can we get "smart" meters removed now, or do i have to show someone getting a heart attack? watch EKG proof that "smart" meters affect the human heart, part ii here:
