Activist Vera Anderson: I always look forward to your morning Briefs and know where to go to get the truth. Currently I started our Election Integrity Committee and found quite a few people that are also of the mindset that our vote must be protected. Our concerns are coming out of the Maricopa County Recorders office and Recorder Fontes. Would you please post the attached letter to make sure that those that read the Briefs have the correct information.  Appreciate you and all that you do. Thank you,

Election Integrity Committee Chairman Vera Anderson: On Nov 7 some disinformation was read to the Maricopa County Chairman at the ECG meeting by Chairman Chris Herring that needs to be clarified to make sure everyone has the correct information regarding the out of compliance with several Federal and State statutes by our current Maricopa County Recorder. That information was written by Gina Swoboda of our Election Integrity Committee and PC LD23 after extensive research. The statutes were reported as if it applied to the past judicial election - when in fact - she is referring to the citations that are applicable to future state wide and Federal Elections Only.  In her statement to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors in a Public Comment Gina wrote: On July 25th, 2017, Maricopa County Recorder Fontes notified all Precinct Commitment that, “The regular rules for Permanent Early Voter List (PEVL) voters will now apply to all voters.” Consequently, Maricopa now has a de facto all-mail elections procedure. Further, as a result of these changes to our elections process, we are now currently out of compliance with several Federal and state statutes going forward.

· HAVA 107-252.52 USC: 20901 – 21145 (Help America Vote Act 2001) requires all voters registered using the Federal Voter Registration form provide Proof of Citizenship at the polls the first time they cast a ballot. These voters are statutorily ineligible for PEVL for their initial vote. The forms of Proof of Citizenship are specific and signature verification is not accepted for these voters at their first-time voting.

· ARS 16-544 (b) Voters must enroll in PEVL. They must be given the opportunity to remove themselves from PEVL.

· ARS 16-572 (c) Prohibits ballots being taken from the polling place on Election Day. This is a key provision enacted to prevent fraud. The current system has no controls to prevent a voter from taking their ballot and mail envelope and leaving the polling place. There is no control to prevent these ballots from being counted after the fact.

· ARS 16 – 579 (A) (1) (a) / Proposition 105 (1998) Requires proof of identity be presented at the polling place. The statute is specific as to acceptable forms of ID. Under Recorder Fontes’ expansion of mail/PEVL rules being applied to all (nonPEVL) voters, the County recorder is using signature verification done at the MCTEC Processing Center as the sold ID verification. The State of Arizona spent considerable taxpayer funds defending Proposition 10, we ask the Board to uphold it as passed by the voters.

Activist Tom Morrissey: An event being held in Tucson on Sat., Nov 18 honoring slain Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry who was a victim of the Fast and Furious gun running fiasco under the Obama Administration. Please consider attending this fine event honoring a brave man who lost his life in the Arizona Desert at the hands of drug runners using weapons secured in that botched sting operation. This is close to Steven Seagal and my heart because we just released a novel based on the Fast and Furious fiasco (told in factual fiction) and the effect it, and what the Deep State is doing has had on our law enforcement agents and officers, as well as our military. Editor’s note: Steve Bannon will be the speaker. Tickets are $50 and $125 for the dinner at the J.W. Marriott Starr Pass Resort, which will be hosted by Fox News's William La Jeunesse.

PC Barbara Medal: If you have never read the Republican Platform the time has come that many misguided people who support the NPV read it - particular page 16. As Republicans we claim to always support the platform yet there are some very informed people among us that support the Soros funded National Popular Vote (NPV) with the smoke and mirrors statement “One Person, One Vote, Every Vote Equal.” To those who that refuse to see the ruse, it sounds good; we all want our vote to count. Has it ever occurred to these misguided few why Soros and the majority of blue states want the NPV and don’t support the constitutional safe guard of the electoral college? Especially after the conservative bread basket of America delivered to us a Republican 2016 victory. These less populated states as compared with the highly populated left and right coastal snake pits of liberals, when added together those states gave us the necessary electoral votes and it was those states that saved our nation from the dangerous victory of the heinous Socialist Hillary. To all of you that agree with the left that our Constitution needs to change and have the NPV foisted on us, it is your ignorance that will render this nation utterly subjugated. The wisdom of the founders cannot be denied and to take away the Electoral College would be the most aggrieves mistake our nation has committed since the dreadful 17 Amendment was passed and which we must address as well.

US Senate candidate Kelli Ward: Washington is in desperate need of conservative, principled America-First leadership... Our lack of effective leadership -- especially in the U.S. Senate -- is why we still have Obamacare, an insecure border, and a disastrous "unreformed" federal tax code. I'm going to Washington to change this... Please support me in my efforts. You see, as an Arizona Senator I got things done. In fact, during my final year I successfully moved 19 bills through the legislative process to the governor's desk. The work I've accomplished in our state continues to benefit small businesses owners, allied health professionals, gun owners, schoolchildren and Arizona families. My hard work and effective leadership is why I've received tremendous endorsements. Friend, I'm 100% committed to taking my strong "let's get this done" work ethic to Washington... but I need your help to get there. I recently sat down and recorded a short spot on why we need leaders now more than ever before. In case you missed it, please take a minute to watch and share right here -- you'll also see some of my legislative accomplishments on that page also. Thanks you so much for running with me -- I am incredibly grateful for your support.

Phoenix City Councilman Sal DiCiccio: I want to take a moment and extend my thanks to our brave soldiers who protect this country every day. I also want to thank your families whose sacrifices are too often overlooked. We cannot imagine the burden you carry and that should never go unrecognized. As we spend the day with our families and loved ones, let us reflect on our history, our values, and our liberties, none of which would be possible without the sacrifices of our armed forces. Please remember to thank our military and their families for all they have done for us.
