timothy leeLong-time Activist Timothy Lee: Why did ASU spend $35 million for a building 10 minutes from the White House? They say it didn’t cost taxpayers a dime. But who pays the rent? Does that money grow on cherry trees? Michael Crow and a lot of other public university magicians have turned higher education institutions into dirty, political, high flying finance, real estate and slush cash cronyism investment schemes, all across this state and country. They do indeed epitomize the concept of the proverbial self-licking ice cream cone! Why-ASU-Bought-$35-Million-Building, 10-Minutes From -White-House

Steven Slaton: Dear Speaker Ryan:   It is time to act. We implore you to keep your pro-life promises and bring the heartbeat Bill, HR 490, to an immediate floor vote to protect hundreds of thousands of innocent children FROM ABORTIONS each year!

President Trump & VP Pence support this bill.   Lets PROTECT HUMAN LIFE! LETS end abortions in our lifetime.    Go to:  AND send a FREE fax to Speaker Ryan TODAY!       Sponsored by THE TRUMPED STORE……    THANK YOU!

zack taylorActivist Zack Taylor: The facts, as demonstrated in the Parkland and Waffle House shootings, point to the shooter being the problem not the gun. Why then is the focus on the gun? Simple, the purpose is to remove guns from society not to reduce gun related violence. All we have to do is look at what happened last century in Germany when Hitler rose to power and the current situation in England to see where that idea would take us. Certainly focusing on the gun has not worked in Baltimore, New York City or Chicago, what makes anyone think it would work in Arizona? after-waffle-house-focus-shouldnt-be-on-guns/

Steve Gaynor 2Steve Gaynor announced his candidacy for Secretary of State  knowing his experience and business expertise can offer voters a more efficiently operated state agency. The Harvard Business School graduate, worked in a number of industries before purchasing a small printing company in west Phoenix in 1988. In the early 2000’s he bought a printing plant in Denver and started one in Los Angeles. By 2007, the company had grown to about 350 employees and about $50 million in sales. That year he sold the Denver and Phoenix plants, leaving him with a commercial printing plant in Los Angeles, which he still owns, but does not operate.

During his almost 40 years in business he has grown businesses organically and by acquisition, done turnarounds, and started businesses from scratch. He has extensive experience in manufacturing (especially related to printing), information technology, business law and accounting. He has also invested in real estate, publicly traded securities and early-stage companies.

Gaynor has financially supported dozens of Republican candidates over the years. He has contributed to many sitting Republican Senators including Tom Cotton, Steve Daines, Ron Johnson, and Pat Toomey. He has also supported all of the Republican members of Arizona’s Congressional delegation and Governor Doug Ducey’s re-election campaign.

Steve is a strong supporter of conservative causes. His favorite is TurningPointUSA. This conservative group works on university campuses across the country fighting the liberal indoctrination of university students. He has a wide range of interests outside of business and politics that include a number of sports including shooting (he is a lifetime member of the NRA), and applied biology in the areas of agriculture and medicine. Gaynor was born and raised in New York and has lived in Arizona for the last 37 years. He and his wife Dorothy have been married for 31 years and have three adult children, all of whom have attended ASU and live in the Phoenix metro area Dorothy is actively involved in the arts, and the Gaynor’s have supported a number of artistic organizations in Arizona, including Scottsdale Artists School, Theater Artists Studio, Arizona Opera, and the National Society of Arts and Letters. They have also supported a number of charitable organizations including SAARC, Great Hearts Academy, and John C. Lincoln Hospital (now Honor Health).

kelli ward 2018US Senate candidate Dr Kelli Ward: "The single most important qualification for United States senator this year is a passion to upend the status quo in Washington." This line comes straight from my latest op-ed published by the Sierra Vista Herald... and I believe it with all of my heart. You see, the only reason the Republicans were handed so many victories on Election Day 2016 was to turn Washington completely upside down. The voters saw in Donald Trump something they hadn't seen in either Barack Obama or his successor Hillary Clinton — for the first time in decades, we saw a man from the outside looking to represent America and its people, not the DC establishment and all its crony connections, as president. That's why we chose him so overwhelmingly. And now nearly two years later, President Trump is still delivering — he's destroying the status quo — and I absolutely love it! Patriot, as United States senator from Arizona, I will stand with President Trump and champion the conservative solutions we need to heal our state and nation. That's why I'm asking for your support right now to help me on my way. At the top of my list is border security... We need to build the wall to protect women and children from trafficking, stop illicit drug smuggling, and protect our communities from violent illegal aliens. Unlike my opponent, I won't stand with open-border Democrats to grant amnesty for millions of illegal aliens at the expense of our own people. As U.S. senator, I will work tirelessly until the wall is built. This is my promise, and I intend to keep it. Help me build the wall. Chip-in right now to support the campaign and help me destroy the status quo. Patriot, there are other candidates for Senate who believe "everything is fine" in Washington... they'll even work with the Democrats to implement their agenda despite the fact that the Democrats were soundly defeated at the ballot box. But if you believe it's time to put conservative ideas into action, send reinforcements to help President Trump enact the America First agenda, and see a candidate finally deliver on the promises that they campaigned on — then I am your champion. I will lead that fight for you in Washington. Please help me do it.

Frank RiggsSupt of Public Instruction candidate Frank Riggs: With the teacher strike looming, more parents are giving serious thought to home schooling as an option.  I respect and am sightly awed by parents who home-school their children because of the tremendous commitment it takes.  Home schooling is proof positive of parental involvement and engagement which are absolutely essential to the successful education of the child in whichever type of schooling - district, charter, private or home schooling - is chosen by their parents. I'm opposed to the federal government or state government exercising any jurisdiction or control over the curriculum or practices of home schooling families.  I want to keep home schooling free from any governmental involvement. Arizona's Parental Bill of Rights begins by saying parents "have the right to direct the education of the minor child."  That is an acknowledgement of the primary role of parents in the education of their own children.  Home schooling is consistent with that fundamental right and responsibility.
